Description of Work: A piece of my front door threshold was rotted & cracked. No replacement is available so the whole prehung door would need replacement. I brought the piece to Accurate Custom Sash & showed the owner. He said he could make me one. The piece of damaged wood was duplicated & works perfect.

+ -1 moreThe manufacturer of the windows is out of business. We were told we had to replace all of our windows because these people are not in business anymore and couldn't get the parts. This guy actually makes them, the parts that we needed, and he repaired the window. He saved us a ton of money. His pricing is excellent. He showed up every time that he said he was coming out.
Description of Work: We used Accurate Custom Sash and they finished on 3/17/14. He custom made rails that we needed. The windows themselves were in aluminum rails so they didn't rot but the sill below rotted. He made them, replaced them, painted and sealed them and got us through the winter and then he finished up in the spring.
