We had Armondo from AC Abatement out to our condo for a drywall repair estimate. After our meeting we were sent an email quote, which only showed a total amount for the job, nothing else. We submitted that to our board association who obviously requested a breakdown of materials, labor, & work to be performed. When we requested a breakdown we were told by Armando that "I never breakdown my numbers". After explaining that this is needed for approval of the job, we recieved a message saying "okay not problem". We have since recieved nothing more about the job. This was extremely unprofessional behavior when working with potential clients.
