replacement windows, biohazard cleanup
+ 0 moreBUYER BEWARE !!!! I paid $625.0 in full on 7/16/19 for repair of rotted wood window frame. Business owner came to my home and removed the window and boarded up the opening. As of 10/5/19 the job is just as he left it. The window is still boarded up and he does not respond to emails. His business address is a rented mailbox at a Parcels Plus store and he does not respond to emails/phone calls. I have submitted a complaint to the Il. Attorney General Consumer Fraud Division, and the Oak Lawn Police department. The next step will be to file a complaint in small claims court. The owner shows absolutely no concern for his customers. He also conducts business as Will Power Home Services and William Battistella.
