Jake came out and gave me an estimate, answered my questions as to which type of humidifier would meet my needs, how the various types of humidifiers worked, advantages and disadvantages of each and explained how eacy type worked. I had done some research on-line ahead of time and the information he gave me seemed accurate. A week after the estimate, Jake arrived at the scheduled time and installed the whole house Aprilaire humidifier. It took him the amount of time to complete the job as what he had estimated and he stayed to make sure the unit was operating properly and gave me some pointers regarding the settings. He seemed knowledgable, efficient and organized.

I have a 32 year old furnace that I knew was on it's last legs so I began searching for a company that would be able to replace my old furnace with a new more efficient one. I searched online and found several companies from Angie's List and also Home Advisor. No sooner than 10 minutes after I had found Jake's name he was on the phone with me. He came to my home and I told him as the other companies that I was simply seeking an estimate. Jake was so very knowledgeable and I was already impressed. After having 2 well known HVAC companies assess my furnace I selected Jake because he was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous His work was fantastic and I would highly recommend Jacob Rybarski/ Air Support Heating and Cooling 1. Called when he was going to be 15 minutes late for our first meeting..amazing...most professionals don't do that.! 2. Very professional with assessing my furnace situation and the heating and cooling problems with my home. 3. Detailed all of my options with purchasing a new furnace and was very helpful in my choice that fit my budget. 4. At the desired date, Jake and Bill were at my door at 8:30 am, worked the whole day with no breaks for lunch, etc. 5. Installed my furnace, humidifier, thermostat professionally and wasn't satisfied until the furnace was quiet and working efficiently 6. Cleaned every inch of the basement where they were working!! Everything was immaculate 7. They even were very pet friendly to my newly adopted dog and took time to talk with me and tell me the whole process while they were working.
