+ 1 moreThe landscape plan was magnificient, if not a touch over done. Due to pricing concerns we ended up going with another landscaping firm to actually do the install of the plant materials, and they came up with a few minor modifications which resulted in significant cost savings over what Premier originally quoted. The real issue though was the stone work. We had to teardown and rebuild the porch at 3 yrs of occupancy in a newly-built home, due to substrate issues, efflorescence, and other indicators of a poorly executed installation, and are tuckpointing has become a bi-annual expense for us...a significant bi-annual expense. Working with Premier was a pleasure though, and to their defense, they did attempt to remediate the porch at no cost to us, but it still had to be torn down and rebuilt. Of course we decided to go with another vendor for that project, as we could not give them three tries to get it right.
Description of Work: Premier was the landscaper recommended by our home builder, and were part of the contracting team. Their responsibilites included pavers, bluestone porches, hardscaping, landscape and planting design, and the other external features of the grounds of a luxury home.

+ -1 moreThey did a very good job and I would absolutely use this company again if I need to get such work done.
Description of Work: They took out existing concrete for walkways and patio and put in new Holland brick pavers. They re-grated our entire front and back yard. They also installed drainage in the backyard to alleviate some swamping.
