I hired them to replace my roof, repair siding, and gutters, and repair drywall. My adjuster was Mr. Pickett. He walked me through everything. Everything was done in a timely manor. They delivered everything and the clean up was phenomenal.

These are wonderful people we had Michael Sooter as our personal private claims adjustor when our insurance adjustor missed a lot of hail damage. The work was fast and really good the workers were wonderful also I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

I called Fortec after a landscaping company damaged my siding. My siding had been replaced a few years back from hail damage and was in great condition until the landscaping company destroyed it with a bulldozer while putting in my brick paver patio. Because of what happened with my landscaper, I wanted to be there to see Fortec do the work. However, a meeting came up and I was unable to do so. When I got home from work that day, not only was the work done to the way I wanted(as few visible seems as possible) but they even capped my my back door frames with extra sheeting that they had. Any contractor would've left the extra sheeting, and left. Fortec went above and beyond.

From start to finish, their work exemplifies craftsmanship. I have a raised ranch. The work entailed replacing siding and gutters. This work was done in two days. The crew doesn't know the meaning of a break. Their break was an 1/2 hour lunch. The work day is 10 to 12 hours. From salesmanship of quoting the job to scheduler and the foreman on the job, everybody is working. A great group to work with informed me when this project would start, and when it would be completed and it was to the day. When they were finished , the only thing that changed was that my wife and I were looking at a new house. The crew work clean no debris left behind. I would definitely give this company a higher rating, but the rate chart only goes to 5. We were very impressed with the quality, speed and determination. Very professional. This company brings back faith in talking and working with contractors. This company doesn't follow a rule book because they are family and treat us like family. This crew is experience plus. Everyone knows what has to be done. If you are considering replacing siding, you only need to call this company. No one will match their competitive pricing with the integrity and professionalism involved to have a very,very, more than satisfied customer.

Honest approach to estimating the job. At first glance they were the highest of 3 estimates, but after review and discussion, they guaranteed no "extra charges" regardless of what was found post-tear off. Ultimately they had to replace every piece of wood due to warping or water-damage - and still honored their quote. I appreciated their integrity and excellent workmanship. Completed the job in 2 days (2,600 sq ft) and were neat and efficient throughout the project. Highly recommended!
