Horrible. When I first contacted them his I'm assuming wife answered the phone call, who proceeded to yell at her husband that he has a phone call and what I was looking for. Tom answered the phone while he was eating, so I could hear him crunching loudly. We arranged a time in the evening for him to stop by because he had some doctor's appointment and I didn't want to rush him after. I asked him if his work is under warranty, and this guy told me that it was a "silly question" and why am I even asking that? This guy never showed up at all, no phone call explaining he was running late or anything. NOTHING. Horrible phone etiquette by both him and his wife, he was very rude in his response when I asked him a simple question, and doesn't even bother showing up. Waste of time, I could've scheduled someone else in that time slot. Don't bother with this "business."
