Description of Work: I found J&K by doing a search on the BBB site. Del has been excellent. I called him out because I was having an issue with my gutters on the back side of my house. I have called multiple companys regarding my problem. I was having issues with the gutter not catching the runoff. Other companys had told me I needed new gutters as the gutter was not wide enought to catch the runoff. I had Del come out and he look at my gutter and said you don't need a new one it is just pitched wrong. He was able to fix it that day for a fraction of the cost of a new gutte and now they work fine. He also did work on my chimney as it was falling apart inside and outside. The work was excellent. He is very reliable and easy to get a hold of just call his cell phone number on his card. He even came over to my house to help me figure out a leak I had in my basement that I thought was coming from my chimney. I called him and 30 minutes later he was at my house. I like that he is honost and easy to work with.

Description of Work: I did not use the company to replace my roof only because of scheduling. J & K could not start the job until about 10 days out. Del quickly got me the estimate and followed up to check if I had any questions. I would certainly call them for future jobs.

+ -1 moreOTHER VENDORS ESTIMATED MORE TIME AND MORE REPAIRS. HOWEVER, WHEN THE OLD ROOFING MATERIAL WAS REMOVED, THE DECKING WAS IN GOOD SHAPE. FOR OTHER VENDORS, MANY PROBLEMS WERE ANTICIPATED, BUT J & K DID NOT HAVE A PROBLEM.
Description of Work: DISASSEMBLED ROOF DECK, REMOVED OLD ROOFING MATERIAL, APPLIED NEW ROOFING MATERIAL AND REASSEMBLED THE DECK. WORK WAS COMPLETED IN 4 DAYS. THIS ROOF HAS BEEN REPAIRED NUMEROUS TIMES IN THE LAST 5 YEARS, BUT NOW IT IS FINALLY WATER PROOF. THIS VENDOR WAS THE LOWEST QUOTE BY 50 OR MORE.
