Bonn Builders, Inc. remodeled my townhouse to get it ready for me to sell. What an amazing job they did! New laminate floors in living area and bedrooms and ceramic floors in the laundry room and foyer, refinished the hardwood stairs, new light fixtures, new paint, granite countertops, and closet doors. Check out the pictures! I would recommend them to anyone....they were detailed, great customer service, and completed my work in just three weeks so I could put it on the market....it is now under contract after just three and half weeks. The contractor, Wojciech Strembicki,was very pleasant and courteous as was his whole team. Tom the painter was right on time every day and worked hard and consistently. They even took down my wall accessories and moved furniture. Wojciech even vacummed my carpet and floors after the dropcloths were removed. There are still a few things left to do but the weather interfered. He will be back in the spring. It was a fair price for a quality job. I am editing this review due to problems that have arose since I had posted this. I noticed in the winter that the leak in the basement that was fixed started to leak again when the snow melts. Then as spring got here and more rain arrived, the leak became much worse. I have called the company several times, and even had him set up to come back out a few times to repair the work, but he never shows up. Sometimes he doesn't even call to cancel and I must call him to find out why he didn't show. I was happy with this company, but if they do not come back out and fix the leak that is covered by our contract, I will remain very unhappy with them and would never recommend them.
