Perfect Struction did a fantastic job finishing our basement. The customer service was great from start to finish. They were patient with us and I never felt rushed to make decisions. The crew was timely, tidy, and gave us updates regularly. The project was even finished a few days early and the outcome surpassed our expectations.

Overall, given the size of the project, Perfect Struction did a great job. Everyone who sees the basement is blown away. Was it 100% perfect from start to finish - no but with any sizeable construction project you're going to have challenges. PROS - Contract was detailed and they took the time to generate a 3D rendering of the project - Flexibility on making small modifications - Quality - The workers are true craftsmans, especially Tadeusz, and they genuinely cares about the work that he does AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT - Timeliness: Contract was signed July 2019 with a target start date of early September. They didn't get started until mid October and took until end of January to finish the job. The "crew" is basically one guy doing nearly all of the work which is probably why it took so long. - Communication: The one point of contact I had at the start of the project apparently quit but I was never informed. There were days no one showed up to work and you didnt' know when they'd be back. The main office was quick to call seeking payment but it took awhile to get concerns addressed. Vito, the owner, ultimately made contact and we got things cleared up. - Final Touches: Overall...the basement is really amazing. In the end, things seemingly got rushed to finished and it was little imperfections (small damaged areas of vinyl plank flooring repaired with silicone, the new venting for the plumbing fastened up with electrical wire, the new coxial cable with end connectors not correctly installed, etc.). The project came with a 1-year warranty to address these type of things and Vito has been very responsive.

They definitely worked the whole time they were at the location and worked a full day. Very impressed with their work ethics. Great experience.

After getting 3 proposals, each with same design, materials, and finishes, we hired perfect struction (ps) to finish our 1400 sq ft basement. One estimate was more than twice the price of ps and the other was higher than, but comparable. We decided to go with ps for 5 reasons. 1. The owner (vito) was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. 2. PS was willing to get a building permit which was on our list of must-haves (the others were hesitant.) 3. PS has (mostly) excellent reviews on home advisor. 4. PS's proposal/contract was very detailed about who provides which materials and what exactly was/was not included. 5. After the initial visit, Vito came back and showed us a full digital 3D model of the finished product. We were able to "walk through" the basement as it would look when finished and make some small adjustments that made sense when imagining but not in the model (one company didn't offer this at all and the other wanted $500 to produce prints which would be applied to the balance of we signed with them, but not refundable if not.) After signing and down payment, we were given a tentative start week. Communication could have been better as the start was delayed a couple weeks from tentative and we we didn't hear much. When the start date was finalized, the date and time was communicated well. We were a little concerned when the "crew" consisted of one person (jerry) but he was friendly and very knowledgeable (Jerry did the framing, finish, paint, etc., but others (plumbing, electrical, drywall, etc.) were scheduled at appropriate times. Jerry did an excellent job overall. He was communicative throughout the construction and his work was high-quality. The only real negative was the timeframes. We were given an estimate of 6-8 weeks, the process took about double that. Overall, I would rate the entire construction at a 4.5 out of 5. Individually...framing 4.5, electrical 5.0, plumbing 3.0, drywall 5.0, paint 4.5, trim and other finishes 4.0. The finished product is excellent and we enjoy it every day! I highly recommend ps for value, quality of work, and communication from the crews.

Perfect Struction, Ltd was Great! They were professional and courteous! And most of all, the work they did for both our basement and kitchen was phenomenal!!!!

We are very happy with our finished basement. We had them finish about 900 sq ft, including a full bath, wine cellar, walk-in toy closet, under stair play area for the kids and a large open area. They were in the middle in terms of cost, but it was clear when comparing them to the other companies that they had a lot of experience, and we feel we got really good value for our money. I visited one of their local finished basements and it was awesome. The reference was very candid and said they were the best contractor she had ever worked with. We were sold. They worked with us to design exactly what we wanted and everything came out great. Voytek and Blaise were great to work with. They always showed up when they said they would, were both very knowledgeable and respectful, and did a good job of managing the various subs they brought in. They had some cool ideas that turned out great, like runner lights on the stairs and by the bathroom on a separate switch so you can have low light during movies that makes it easy to see the steps and find the bathroom. This turned out awesome. Blaise worked a lot of late nights turning some of these ideas into a reality. They handled issues really well. We had a small leak in our storage area and they answered the phone late at night and showed up early the next morning to fix it. We weren't satisfied with some of the ceiling painting, and they came back and repainted. They stand behind their work and are very easy to deal with if you run into any issues. This is the true measure of a good company - with any sizeable project there will be little issues - it's how they handle them that separates the good companies from the okay caompanies. This is a good company that you can rely on to do good work and stand behind it. Their labor warranty gives you great piece of mind and proection for your investment. We would recommend this crew to anyone looking to finish a basement. I wish I could attach pictures so you can see how great our basement looks.

The basement is great and the workmanship was excellent. The communication with the office was also excellent. I do have a problem with the cable that was there before the project and I have to get a IT person to find out why I don't have it anymore. There seemed to be a disconnect between me and the field personal. Overall the experience was great!

Work was mostly satisfactory.

Very professional, they keep the area so clean, we were able to view the basement every evening after they left. Someone was here everyday working. We were told everyday, who would be here next and what time they would arrive. They were trustworthy and were here when we were not sometimes! I would differently rehire them for another job. Jolanta our general contractor was very knowledgeable and helpful. She kept on top of the project and checked in with us frequently. Fred and Greg, our builders were wonderful and professional. The entire team was able to offer suggestions and make adjustments when we made modifications throughout the project. We couldn't be happier with our completed living space.

Contractor there early each day very knowledgeable of multiple trades. The work was done very fast, but very satisfied . Clean and neat at cleaning construction mess.

We at very pleased with our basement remodel. Jolanta helped us thru every step and had everything detailed for us since the first day we met. She is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns you have. I highly recommend Perfect Struction!

Jolanta and her crew were excellent!! She has a very committed and VERY HARD working crew. Finished the 1200 sq ft basement in one month. Play area, TV area, bedroom and full bathroom came out better then I can imagine!!!! She was always easy to get ahold of. Her team was very clean during the project and was done on budget and under time. Amazing!!!!!!

We paid more to have them do the work and it was worth it! We will hire them again. Very professional!

Perfect Struction did everything they said they would. They were precise with the time frame, actually finishing earlier. They started when they said they would start. The workmanship was excellent. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was to my liking. There was also no hidden extra charges. The price was the exact price we agreed on. I would definitely use them for future projects.

Yolanda (project manager), Mark (construction supervisor) and the team were thorough, knowledgeable, personable and timely. They did everything they said they would do (and more!) and they did it on time and within budget. My previously unfinished basement is now the perfect family gathering spot. Their work is beyond reproach - they used high quality materials, are totally detail oriented, take pride in their work and the final product is truly a reflection of their dedication, workmanship and knowledge.
