They run the cable company. They come in and changed out some system promising that it will be a better deal but don't tell us in the meantime that when they come in and do this upgrade that none of our other TVs are going to work; we're going to have one TV and we have to spend more money at the back end of the whole thing so that all the TV in the apartment could work. They upgraded the internet system so that we'll have higher speed but it turned out that we didn't get higher speed. It is not anything better than it was before they started. They don't have equipment when you call and ask to get something so you end up to Direct TV then pay Direct TV and pay Access Media to get it installed. I don't like them. We don't have any choice; they have like a lock contract with the high rise within the Chicago.

This company is garbage. Customer service is horrible and the internet speeds are abysmal.

Our condo board had contracted with a company to provide internet to the building, and that company was bought by Access Media 3, Inc. A portion of our home owners assessment is used every month to pay for this continual rotten service. From what I have been told by the management team, close to 75% of unit owners have opted to get an outside 3rd party vendor for their internet needs, resulting in a huge profit for these jokers who get paid regardless of the quality of their services. The best thing I can say about them is that they are consistent... Consistently BAD. Today, (second time in a week, but it has happened countless times over the three years I have lived in my unit) the internet slowed to the pace of a snail trying to traverse a continent of molasses. If you want a slow connection, forget that dial up modem, these are your guys. And in addition to the intermittent connectivity issues and regular slow downs, you'll get to spend about 30-40 minutes on hold each time you call to report these issues. It's like a kick in the chest after they've punched you in the kidney. Vote with your dollars, go elsewhere. I can't because of my crappy condo board contract. Heed this warning, or you can expect HOURS OF MISERY!
