The work was okay but dealing with them was just terrible. They did the roof in no time. I had some siding repairs that I needed done. I have insurance claims so I have to give the check to my contractor which is them. The insurance said that they would have to appraise the whole back elevation of my house. They ended up not having to do that because I was able to locate siding. I knew what siding brand and color was. When he came to give me a quote, he said at that time it was okay and we don't need to and they'll just give me the refund. They did the roofing right away but I kept having to follow-up getting the siding repaired. Finally, I did the research on three different distributors in the area that sold it. I sent him the contact information of all three distributors then they came to fix the siding. The quote for the siding was about $2000 which I had to follow-up for five months and they gave me $1400 back which I took because I was tired of dealing with them. One excuse after the other, he wouldn't call me back. I started working with them in October and I did get everything wrapped up in May. They were really terrible to work with. It was a pretty terrible experience. There's nothing wrong with the work they did. It appears that they did competent work. My roof looks fine.

They do absolutely excellent work. Daryll is the boss and he does great follow up to make sure that the fit and finish is accurate. His actual title is field supervisor, and he is very personable. He is very detailed orientated. They also do a great job of thoroughly going over all the options they have available for style and color. They do a very good job cleaning up after themselves. There was absolutely no pressure and no upselling when you are picking materials. If I ever have to have this type of work again, they will be my first go-to people.

Roofing crew were very professional and did a good job. I have some knowledge of roofing and watched them very closely.
