This company is terrible...worse now than they were a few years ago. Employees have zero pride and management oversight is not existant. The guy did a figure 8 in my backyard and left. First time they had to come back because he skipped the back half. I am working from home and watched them. Going to go back to TG...better chemicals and employees have pride. Just a summer job for these kids. Pictures dont do justice...looks like it snowed from all the clovers.

They came door to door without us seeking a quote, but my wife mentioned that I was considering looking for a pro. I called to get a quote, which was higher than I expected but probably not unreasonable for professional yard care. But I told the salesman I wanted to talk it over with my wife and get other quotes and I’d call him back in a week. The guy called me back three times the next day, and it was high pressure tactics, almost as if I had agreed to a deal and backed out at the last second. Everything about this guy was creepy. So I told him in no uncertain terms that I was not going to hire him, would not authorize any work, and he needed to leave me alone and not call back. A month later, he called back. So I left a negative Yelp review. A year and half to two years later I start getting private message from the business asking me to remove or update my review to make it positive. I said absolutely not because my experience was certainly not positive. Then I get a reply that I wasn’t being fair to them because it was over a year old. So I told them that any potential customer could see my review was old, and that if they had improved, the more recent reviews would show it, and to stop harassing me. One year after that, I get another private message in Yelp asking me again to take my review down. I deleted that message without reply.

We've been using them for 2 years...they were on restriction after the 1st year to CALL US BEFORE THEY APPLY lawn treatments because we WANTED TO BE HOME TO MONITOR the applications (due to the fact we felt they were shortchanging us on applications). Background: Service guy knocked on our door, my husband didn't answer because he was on a business call, service guy applies treatment and drives away after a total of only 5 minutes. Altho on conference call, my husband WATCHED and TIMED the service guy. Hubs feels service guy thought we weren't home and "quickied" the job, because the job usually takes my husband ~20 minutes. Tee Time was good about abiding by our request to call before servicing our lawn :-) - so that's a plus for them; however, since our lawn over the last 2 years hasn't looked like we were using a professional service, we decided to do it ourselves for the 2017 season. Upon receiving a voice mail in April that Tee Time w/b coming out to apply round 2 for the 2017 season, I promptly called and left them a very nice, detailed message to NOT come out to service our lawn and to CANCEL our lawn service for this season. Tee Time came out and serviced our lawn anyway and left a bill. I then called and spoke live w/a gentleman and told him we weren't paying the bill ya da ya da. He was cool and said we need not worry about paying the bill. I thought we were now done. Nope. They JUST serviced our lawn AGAIN (Round 3) on May 22 and left a bill. I just left a voice mail to say we weren't paying that bill either and if they don't stop servicing our lawn, I'll have to take legal action; for they're screwing up what my husband is doing to the lawn (ie, when Tee Time comes out, they could actually be over-fertilizing or potentially kill our lawn)! They need to get their act together and communicate better with one another - or, they won't be in business very much longer.

Our lawn looked worse than when we didn't do anything (we used them two years in a row). Last summer they quit coming for 4 months accidentally because of a new manager. No weed control for 4 months. When I told them that we didn't want to use them any longer because of things like that, they actually said that I told them not to come! They are unprofessional and not good at what they do. We still had as many weeds, clover, crabgrass and dandelions as ever! I truly am not sure that they used any of the chemicals we paid for.

I am probably going to have to alter my agreement with them, but I would use them again in the future. I think the aeration and overseed stuff was really good. Their weed killing, not so much. I don't know whether they dilute it or whether they've got a problem with application but they have a hard time getting rid of persistent weeds. They do come back out when I request them to come back for a particular service, but they aren't real prompt about it. I have been using their services for about one year.

Terrible. My yard is overrun with weeds -- they are really flourishing. But the technicians killed some of my grass and overall the yard looks awful.

It was a monthly fee for $100. They should have more professional people servicing the yard. I wouldn't use them.

I have used Tee Time for several years. They were pretty good for the first three years and then they started killing my plants. They denied responsibility and I am not using them anymore. They were very responsive. They would come and do it on time.

Great. We had Steve, the quality control man, look over the brown spots. He told us what they were, what caused them, what he was going to do and how we were to water using our sprinkler system.

We were never interested in their business as we already have a satisfactory provider since several years. We have recently received harassing calls from a number on the caller id and name which refers to this company. The man was quite rude and would not take NO for an answer and would not stop. We have to notify law authorities about potential breaking of the law and information stealing. Beware of desperate operators.

The door to door salesman was great. She promised a service that was never delivered. They kept calling and leaving messages that they would come out and they never did. VERY UNRELIABLE. I have been waiting over a month for service that they keep saying will arrive within a couple days.

They arrived very early at my house and performed there service and left a nice little flag to alert anyone to not step on the lawn.

I have given this operator full control for three years and before the last year 2013 I warned them I was not happy with the results and they promised me that it would change this year. It didn't and my lawn looks worse now than when they started three years ago. They have ever excuse in to book you can have as to why my lawn is as it should other than it is their fault. Their quality control is non existence. The Techs don't fully apply all the applications they say they do and when they do the timing is way off and is hit and miss. No management person has ever looked at my yard and checked on them. They have only one other review on AG and I would be willing bet that was done by someone associated with Tee Time.

They promise free fungus treatments - but the person who would come out never had the right chemicals, and a work order would have to be placed - and then it would take about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks before the lawn would be treated - and by then - most of the grass was dead. Once I called a week later - only to be told - my request for treatment was still on the desk. I paid for grub & insect control only to lose my lawn to both. One year I pulled up huge patches of dead grass to find thousands of grubs. I had to hire another lawn service to identify the problem & treat what little lawn I had left. I paid for aeration & seeding - and came home to find the LARGE areas of my dead lawn WITHOUT any holes & not even the slightest evidence of grass seed. I found out from a friend that they routinely lie to customers on the phone about being the "owner of the company" - when they would make all of their promises to do better, It was very difficult to cancel the lawn service - even after sending the cancellation notice in writing twice, they continued to call. They started off as a GREAT lawn service, but somewhere along the way they hired people who had NO IDEA what they were doing, & who very obviously didn't care about the quality of service they provided. And the office staff that continually lie to customers on the phone - I find is inexcusable behavior.

I like everything about them. One thing I like is that they call me before our appointment, even though I have signed up for a year's worth of treatments. They check to see if I still want the treatment that month. I think that is a nice thing to do; especially since they don't have to. They take care of my lawn very well and are nice people. The one thing that I don't care about is that they leave the bill stuck in my door and sometimes the wind blows it away.

They do lawn treatments and my lawn and my grass looks great. They are not pushy with sales and they don't try to sell you other stuff you don't want so that's fine. Typically they just come out and do the trimming. I do not come out and talk to the workers that come out. When you call and ask for services they are friendly and they get you going right away. They have great results and they are lower cost than some of the other ones. I have been using them for years.

Generally, they are all about the sales pitch. They rarely come when they say they will, but instead show up when it is convenient. If your gate is locked on that day, they do not do the backyard, nor do they contact you for a makeup visit. This was disappointing. But what was most aggravating was their promise of a pre-seeding and early lawn treatment that never actually happened. After not hearing from them, I finally got them on the phone long enough to cancel my service. There are other players in this space that can have my business.

They absolutely were terrible, awful. Their service was not good. I signed up for total lawn care like fertilization, weed killing and other regular stuff. They did not put enough fertilizer. We have crabgrass in our area. They said that they sprayed for the crabgrass but when I went there, it wasn’t even touched. I watched the guy one time because I made them come out and do it as it wasn’t working. I saw that it was a waste of time because he didn’t do anything. I asked three other friends and neighbors and they had the same experience. The price was good. The guy got real irate when I called them regarding the issue. He was really unprofessional about it.
