Radick Appraisal

Initial meeting was good. We met with her early July 2015 to have an appraisal for property we own. Tina Radick came out and met with me and my husband and son. Went wee. Paid her for the appraisal on the spot. I asked for a receipt , she didn't have any so she wrote it on the back of her business card. Radick told me within a week she would have our paperwork prepared and sent to us. A week goes by then another so I decide to call her to see what the delay was. Radick told me oh i'm so sorry I have a family member that's doing some bad stuff ( drugs) and she had to make a emergency run down in Missouri to have her arrested before she gets into more serious trouble. Ok I say , I do realize things happen in peoples live and tried to be understanding. Ok, another week goes by and still nothing. I call and she tells me there was issues with the square footage records and that once she resolved that matter she would have my paper work ready. Radick emails me the next day with a e mail attachement of just a invoice and states in the e mail that the appraisal would follow later that day AGAIN , I wait a week and on 8/3 I shoot her out a email explaining to her that the delay was causing us grief and I thought this was very unprofessional and that upon reviewing her BBB rating that I thought this was a pattern with her. Radick seemed to become angry and accused me of wanting a refund and insisting that she sent documents via email. He BBB rating has the same complaints I have. SO during the course of today I received at least 20 texts from her with all this jibberish explaining that she sent them and that why would I want a hard copy in this day and age and that she really didn't have to oblige me in sending me anything via USPS and e mail was sufficient. Radick even has went as far as saying I was harassing her and that she was scared to deliver my papers. I also asked her that if you sent them via e mail , then why wouldn't you just resend them?? Anyway Radick finally showed up after I told her that if I did not receive the papers TODAY , I would first thing in the morning go to the court house and file charges. The papers/she magically appeared. I just hope hey are correct when I take them to the bank. This was one of the most HORRIBLE experiences I have EVER had with any one I hired and paid my good money to! Ever! Please consumers run far away from ever using Tina Radick Appraisal in St. Clair County IL!
