This shop does good work, but they seem to be unorganized thus causing them to provide slow service. So if your not in a hurry, your ok.

Store opened almost 1/2 hr after posted hours on door..... While I can give a small business a break when emergencies come up, from what the owner said in her ramblings when I said I had just put my car in reverse, it's a recurring theme. If they work late, they don't open on time the next morning. Or if they have trouble getting out of the house on time.... or.... or... or... So, don't plan on being there at 10 o'clock! (Their actual posted hours... the hours on Angie's List are wrong. Hours on Angies' list shows 8:30 EST... which doesn't make sense when we are in Central Time Zone.... but based on my experience, perhaps the EST that's after the hours stands for and quot;ESTimatedand quot; instead of Eastern Standard Time...) Even after assuring me that they had the software in hand to upgrade my computer and volunteering to get the work done as a priority, it took over a week to get it back. Vicky, the proprietor, also has a propensity to talk about other customers (not by name) and how unreasonable they all are... Extremely unprofessional.

My computer went nuts with pop-ups. I took it to and quot;AC Computersand quot; and they knew right away that it was infected and needed to be cleaned up. They kept it for a week. When I picked the computer up Vickie gave me a ton of information about protecting my computer. They know what they're doing and I trust them. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

Their service was great and it was fast turnaround. They were really attentive, got the problem solved quickly. It was good experience. It was under warranty. I think their price was competitive.

They know your face, it's a small town mentality with them. Everyone is a friend. It's a great place to do business.
