+ -1 moreWe picked out the wood flooring (hickory) and carpet with Terri the sales person, and she was confident everything could come in and be installed within 2 weeks. Well, the wood flooring came in on time, but the carpet took nearly a month, thus the lower grade on "Punctuality". The install for the wood flooring took probably a day longer (3.5 days total) than it should have due to the installers taking multiple long breaks, but their workmanship appears excellent and they were nice and courteous. The carpet install went very well and they got everything done, to include a living room and 2 bedrooms in one day. We paid to have them move the furniture and they did so with no damage. Besides the frustration of waiting twice as long for the carpet than promised and the wood flooring installers dragging the job out longer than it probably should've been (in our opinion), everything went fairly well, and we are pleased with the result. Everybody was friendly and courteous from Terri, the sales person to the installers.
Description of Work: Removed old carpet and installed new wood flooring and carpet.
