Description of Work: Came over and discussed work. Gave me a price and said he would email me details. Emailed me bid which did not conform to discussion. Left out details that were clearly spelled out when he came to my house. Seemed like an attempt to pad price. Surprised he is in Angie's list.

Description of Work: I used Handyman Pros to fix caulking on the outside of the window. Window was leaking water due to recent heavy rain. Chris came to do the job. Leaking slowed down after the caulking but was NOT gone. I called back and asked them to come again for inspection. They REFUSED to do so claiming that all repairs were made.
