Dear Member: Thank you for your feedback, you gave us a lot of "F" ratings but you are not elaborating the reasons, you gave us “F” for price but that is the special deal you bought from Angie’s and we didn’t charge anything more than what was described on this deal, your rate us “F” for responsiveness but we showed up on the day and time that we had scheduled you in, your rate us “F” for professionalism but I have no idea why since you didn’t elaborate, and your “D” overall rating does not match the “F” ratings, I have no idea why your rated us like that, what I do remember for this job from back in May is that we came on the date and time we scheduled you in, you were supposed to supply the garbage disposal according to the deal you bought from Angie's but you didn't it when service man arrive at your home, he had to go out and get one for you without charging delivery charge even so he spent an extra half hour to go get disposer, I am really mystified about this, could you elaborate as to what was the reasons for this bad review? I am really looking forward to hear from you either by calling us or re-responding on this review, bad reviews damage our reputation and overall score and we take it very seriously and we always remedy if anything is our fault - Reputations Do Matter in my book - I will appreciate if you do elaborate so we know what happened - Thank you - Nick at Handyman Pros
