Dear Member: Thank you for your feedback, you gave us a lot of "F" ratings but you are not elaborating the reasons, you gave us “F” for price but that is the special deal you bought from Angie’s and we didn’t charge anything more than what was described on this deal, your rate us “F” for responsiveness but we showed up on the day and time that we had scheduled you in, your rate us “F” for professionalism but I have no idea why since you didn’t elaborate, and your “D” overall rating does not match the “F” ratings, I have no idea why your rated us like that, what I do remember for this job from back in May is that we came on the date and time we scheduled you in, you were supposed to supply the garbage disposal according to the deal you bought from Angie's but you didn't it when service man arrive at your home, he had to go out and get one for you without charging delivery charge even so he spent an extra half hour to go get disposer, I am really mystified about this, could you elaborate as to what was the reasons for this bad review? I am really looking forward to hear from you either by calling us or re-responding on this review, bad reviews damage our reputation and overall score and we take it very seriously and we always remedy if anything is our fault - Reputations Do Matter in my book - I will appreciate if you do elaborate so we know what happened - Thank you - Nick at Handyman Pros

Description of Work: Appointment for 5/21/15 - I did not read correctly. I was responsible for the "supplies". Ran to store, purchased product, not what he wanted, ran back and got "correct" items. Re-grout done - I checked, then he did caulking, again my bad I didn't recheck the caulking. Did a horrible job, called company and they sent the same guy out to re-caulk - very uncomfortable. It was better the second time, but not great. Left the bathroom (sink, toilet, tub and floor) very messy both times, I guess it was my job to clean up after him.

Dear Member: Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback, I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the job we did for you, did a horrible job you are referring to that the caulk looked uneven, this was the result of a large gap between tile and tub that should have not have been that big of a gap and we did the best we could with it, however I am glad that you liked it better the 2nd time we sent the serviceman at no charge, I am sorry you didn't noticed the job scope description that you needed to supply the materials as we allow customer to supply materials to save money, we can also supply materials but will cost more for serviceman to be going to the store to buy materials as this extra time that the serviceman has to spend going to the store, , as far as the cleanup I will have a meeting with serviceman and let him about this, in the meantime if is anything I can do to remedy your dissatisfaction please let me know - Thank you Nick at Handyman Pros

Dear Member: Originally we scheduled this job for 8:00 am in the morning, you then asked us at the last minute to revise our 8:00 am scheduled appointment to later time for the same time, this had render our serviceman idle for an hour which we had to pay him doing nothing but nether less we agreed, and yes we called you to ask to cancel that time but come later in the same day but you didn’t agreed to instead you said you were going to ask $69.50 refund from Angie’s list, as soon I was let know by the office what was happening I asked Donna (Our office manager) to call you that I was going to break away from my other job and come and do the caulking job myself, Donna desperately try to call you but you will not answer the phone, I am confused how did we agreed to altered our 8:00 am morning starting time to accommodate you but you couldn’t help us? instead we get an “F” rating across the board for merely asking to come a little later that so easily we did for you at a cost to us, by the way this happens so often in this industry but very seldom happens by our company, respectfully this “F” rating in my opinion is just too harsh. Description of Work: They re-grouted and caulked tile in bathtub area. It was an Angie's list deal for $268. For $99, I also had them install tile on a kitchen windowsill. |Warning-They said I was to provide grout and caulk. When the guy got there it turns out we had purchased the wrong stuff and I had to make a fast run to hardware store.

Description of Work: Removed existing cabinets and granite top. Installed new cabinets plus wired for under cabinet lights and recessed lighting behind crown molding. Installed new back splash tiles and reinstalled granite top. These guys were thorough, knowledgeable, punctual, efficient, and paid attention to every detail. They were easy and pleasurable to work with - I highly recommend them to anyone. i will use them again if I need any more service. They accommodated my tight time frame on short notice. Five stars!!

Description of Work: I bought a Deal for installation of a battery back up sump pump. Garry arrived on time & completed the installation efficiently. He had brought the supplies needed, even tho the Deal indicated that the customer (me) was responsible for supplying them (we customers aren't always reliable that way). He shared some FYIs from the pump manual for me to be aware of. He also replaced a 15-amp circuit breaker that had failed. |I'm very pleased with the execution & value! It's especially nice that he had the expertise to handle both plumbing & electrical jobs.
