Handyman Pros (Gary specifically) installed a new door and storm door for us. He did a great job and I was impressed that he did it by himself. He showed up timely at the promised time and installed both the exterior door and storm door. We were very happy with the results, both in quality and price! Would definitely use them again. We recently replaced our front door with someone else and I wish we used Handyman Pros instead.

I sent a request for an estimate on a Sunday, and to my surprise, I got a response and was able to schedule it for the next day. Nick came right on time, and was extremely kind and professional. Unfortunately, the price quoted was above our budget, but if we could have afforded it I would have hired him in a heartbeat!

It was very good. They did a really good job and they were in and out very quickly. They were very good and actually I would use them again. I wasn't even here that day but when I came home, the job was done. My mother had said they were in and out and they were very respectful and not even weird about the fact that the woman was in her hospital bed. Their quality was very good.

Went well. Although the grout line, that was very thin for type of tike, ended up being about three times the original width. Looks okay but not as nice as the thinner grout line.

would not use them again for electrical services.

Also, I reached out to you via email with my detailed feedback after the service was done back in June. I never got a response or a follow up for that. So, its surprising to me that you are surprised by the feedback here. Please note that, you get the review based on the work performed not how many good ratings that you may have gotten in the past. I liked you guys earlier but this time was an utter disappointment and I was generous with my rating. Thanks.

He was knowledgeable about microwaves in general but I had to suggest he use shims when the microwave was crooked. He pulled microwave out and fixed the tilting problem after my suggestion.

This is my second time in a month using Handyman Pros, and it's my second positive experience. After seeing the great job they did for my rental unit's shower (replacing half the tiles and re-grouting), I had no concerns going with them again to do similar work for my single family home. The estimate was given quickly and over email this time, and I was pleased to see that Igor was selected to do the work again. I did feel bad about his commute: he had make quite a trip through the morning rush hour traffic and torrential rain. But once he arrived, he got right to work. While working on our master bathroom shower, he discovered a cracked tile, so we agreed to have him replace it for a minor additional cost (I went out and purchased the tile). Both jobs were finished within by the mid-afternoon, and he asked me to to take a look before I made the payment. Everything looks terrific. We couldn't be happier with this second experience. Handyman Pros will continue to have my enthusiastic recommendation for any friends or family members with home improvement needs.

Great work, outstanding responsiveness to address a problem, which owner came by to address himself. Excellent work and we highly recommend them. Will use them again for other jobs.

I provided the pump and pipe fittings. The installation went smoothly. They provided additional pipe and check valve and charged a small amount for parts.
