Gary did excellent work. All of the closet doors could not be reinstalled after getting new carpet. All work was done perfectly and all closet doors work now.

Have used provider several times, and alternate between this company and Gus the Handyman. Handyman Pros is a bit pricier, and I think I've been overcharged with each visit, however the first few visits the work was absolutely impeccable. The handyman was a problem solver, professional, high quality work. Therefore I use this provider when I think quality will be important, such as for latest when I needed work done in main bathroom. Unfortunately, when you use a company the quality of course may vary based on who does the work. This time a very nice handyman arrived and seemed eager to do a good job, but then the bill was double what I expected (the owner Nick revised it for me) and the work quality wasn't great. Would have been OK if not in a key area all guests see.... but a bathroom light fixture and medicine cabinet were not lined up, and are off center, and he was unable to install the electrical cover plate in the ceiling (I had started to screw it on, he was unable to finish) and told me I should caulk it (that's why I hired them...). Again, I wouldn't say to avoid this company, but due to mixed experiences you may want to be think twice about work that will be highly visible since you can't be sure of what you'll get. Most disappointing, I alerted Nick, the owner, and suggested he come and take a look and see if it could be improved. He responded that he disagreed but would reduce my bill. But he did not show interest in seeing the work to check quality for himself or see if it could be improved. When I noted this he said he'd come if I wanted him to...but the point is he wasn't concerned enough on his own to see. :( All very nice people. But work variable. And pricing variable. Was told several times first hour of work $95 and second $59.50. Always overcharged, but due to quality of work didn't mind in past. This time was billed over $300 for 1.5 hours of work that wasn't quite satisfactory -- again, Nick reduced the price but I don't want to have to haggle or request accurate billing.

Technician was polite & efficient. Explained what was done.

Nick arrived on Time, and measured the stair opening. This is the second time I called the same company due to their first priority of customer satisfaction. Thanks Nick. My future handyman services will be HANDYMAN PROS only.
