From estimate to job completion everything was exceptional. I plan to hire again for my upcoming projects. This was the biggest project to date and they did not disappoint. Highly recommend.

I always check with Handyman Pros first because of the wonderful work they've done for me.

This was a really big job because the flooring I used to have was covering the area. When I bought the house I put some wood and I didn't realize that the dishwasher was going to be a problem to change it when it was time. It was a challenge to take the dishwasher out. It took hours. I did try to contact 3 different handymen, but Handyman Pros did it. They did a really good job. I am really happy with what they did. One handyman that I hired three weeks before and at the entrance of my house, they fixed up some plumbing but they didn't come back to cover it. I needed someone to cover it, the plumbing at the entrance of the house in the ceiling and they did all that. I am going to hire them again. I am really happy with what they did. I would hire them again anytime. The thing is that I tried for other handymen to do the job, but changing the dishwasher they couldn't do it. These people, they did it. It took them a few good hours or 3 hours. Other people told me they just couldn't do it. Some other handymen didn't even call me back. When they saw how hard it was going to be they didn't even call me back. I think the price was totally fair. I saw them working so hard and I understood. It was going to be expensive anyway. They came the next day. They were here on time and exactly when they said. They were really good. I am going to call them back but I need to have a few things together.

Project completed on time and with quality in mind.

If you work or value your own time, I would avoid these guys. We cleared our schedules for appointment. No one showed up or bothered to give us a call. Unprofessional, did not sincerely apologize for wasting customers' entire day. Even if the reason was legitimate (temperature at high 30s was too cold), lack of communication caused us to lose an entire day of work. Bottom line-- if a service company promises to show up or call at x time, they should at least call, even if they answer is "we don't know yet" or "we can't come out." Doing otherwise is a complete waste and disrespect of a customer's time.

The handyman was prompt and attentive to detail. He worked methodically, taking longer than we expected to do our job. But he did such high quality work, that was ok with us.

It was nice to find a packed service to replace a bathroom sink faucet. but, the price ended up being double what we were told. They were professional in scheduling, pedal stool stem was installed a little crooked though.

Beyond pleased with service. Would highly recommend to hire and will hire again when needed.

We easily agreed to a day and time, and the work was done very well. We had a leak in our ceiling due to the state of this shower, and the leak has stopped, so the work has held up well over the months since it was completed. Would hire Handyman Pros again!

I found them on Angie's Big Deal list, but their website had a better coupon, so I asked to use that when I made the appointment, there was a disagreement over price, as they seemed to be unaware of their own site's prices, but they agreed to send someone out for the price. That person did not want to use the caulk I offered (clear and bone), and wanted to use his own, even though all he had was white and my tub/tiles are bone colored. He said he could not use clear, but when I showed him clear had originally been used, he tried it, but he did not clean the mold adequately and it showed through. So then he used the bone, but the bead looked like it didn't touch the tile evenly even when fresh, and has just gotten worse. I couldn't believe it would last such a short time, when the original application had lasted 8 years, but a year and a half later, not only has the caulk pulled away, but it is clearly seeping in, some of the grout has cracked and several tiles now have water marks on them.

Company came in to complete unfinished job by previous contractor.

The first workman came over was annoyed that the sink was a pedestal stink and it took him a long time to remove the old faucet- he told me that I should've paid more for this job. He then went upstairs and did the second faucet which took him about 10 minutes. He did not put the pedestal sink back together properly, it was loose. He put silicone all over my wall to adhere ithe sink to the wall after I complained about it. He was angry with me for questioning him about it and I had him leave. I called the handyman pro and they sent a second Man out who fixed the problems of the first guy and did a good job

Excellent! We purchased the wrong kind of garbage disposal and the serviceman gave us the choice of changing the existing wiring to accommodate the new disposal, or he would wait while we went to get a new one. Which is what we did, and he installed it quickly and professionally.

Igor came and was able to very cleanly caulk the bathroom tub. Turned out that our builder had completely neglected to caulk the tub and Igor made sure that the area was well secured. Looks great too!

Great Gory was on time, professional and did a great job, plus he cleaned up well. A wonderful experience!

Not great. Gary came 1 hour early, smoked in my yard (and marked strongly OK the smoke in my home) and encountered tech problems that kept him here for 3+ hours instead of 1.

Great!! They called to see if they could come earlier than scheduled. I was thrilled to have them come early. The tub looks beautiful!!

After 3 defective parts from the manufacturer, this service company and handyman took care of coming back multiple times and handling the replacement extremely professional and extremely courteous. I would definitely recommend using them in the future.

Great work - quick to respond, asses and fix. Also addressed some minor touches as needed while doing the main work. Loved it, would hire again.

Arrived on time. Very friendly. Discussed work that needed to be done and did a very professional job. Even did a little extra caulking that made the job look that much better. made sure i was satisfied before leaving the job.

Went very smoothly, door works perfectly
