Handyman Pros

I am so disappointed with the experience I just had with them. We had them come out over a month ago to provide a quote to fix a porch post, and open up the ceiling in my kitchen that has a water leak from the tub above, and fix that. It took them over a week to give me the quote, they didn't have everything on it. Requested an updated one, then the quote only mentioned patching the water leak, not opening up the ceiling as required. I called and asked for an updated quote and spoke to Donna. Didn't hear back for 2 weeks and had to call today. Spoke to her now and she said they cannot give me a quote for the ceiling until they open it up and see how big they need it to be to get to the tub. So they want me to hire them blindly without knowing how much it is going to cost, and then once the hole is made, I could be left with the damage if I cannot afford it. She told me to instead just find a plumber. So rude and clearly they don't know what they are doing. I am so upset.

Communication was great. They were upfront about how to reduce the cost of their services. Arrived on time and completed project quickly.

Our initial contact was super fast- we received a quote a few days later and our contact followed up immediately. Our contractor, Darko was amazing! He was always on time, communicated well, was efficient and conducted his work with pride and excellence. We will be using this service again!

Prompt, friendly, competent service each time!

The job was done quickly - but the pro changed the plan and executed it before consulting the owner which changed the cost of material - the pro did reduce a fee so that the quoted cost didn’t change to make up for this however. Instead of just relocating an outlet for a dryer which is what I wanted they changed the plug on my dryer also and did not use a shrink tube just electrical tape which was very visible and messy looking - for a 220 I know that tape is not sufficient alone and wasn’t sure why they didn’t just open the plug and attach it and close around the sheathed part of the cord instead. I did ask the pro to remove the tape and do the above as I do not want any tape visible for inspections and feel this is much safer then how they originally did the job. They did do a great job with the vent portion for the dryer with minimal damage to existing walls etc.

Handyman Pro's has been excellent to work with on multiple projects we have had them complete for us. Very prompt, professional and fair pricing. They are highly recommended.

Went well but handyman did not know that Angies list gave a discount. Had to call his boss to get it straightened out.

Very prompt and responsive. Inspected the leak observed and performed the needed work, and additionally replaced few old fixtures in the bathrooms.

Our guest bathroom was totally remodeled and the work done was stellar. I would hire and recommend HandyMan Pros, especially Ken and Dain Boyd. Their professionalism and knowledge was key for our project and their advice was spot on. Highly recommended.

He did a horrible job! He is not a real handy man he put three holes in my wall . I allowed him to come back the next day to try and fix it it took him 3.5 hours to hand two curtains and he plastered my wall. I had an emergency the next day and needed him to reschedule what he messed up and he requested I pay him $75.00 for hanging 2 curtains and fixing the wall he destroy!!! I tired contacting him to fix the wall he never responded! DO NOT USE!!
