It was immediately apparent that this was too large of a demo job & was out of their wheelhouse so we didn't move forward. He told us about the other services that they offer though and how they have set pricing on their website so that we can easily estimate what a future job would cost (like setting a toilet, etc. - more handyperson type of jobs.) Although this one didn't work out since it wasn't a fit, we'll definitely contact them for different/smaller types of jobs at our rental or flip homes!

Igor did a great job. The caulking was smooth, even, and just the right amount. I'd never been able to replace the bathroom fan cover; turns out there was no place for the attachments to go in, so he used screws to attach it. The shower diverter wasn't working so I had the bathtub faucet replaced. The molding around the window had broken, so I requested that it be removed and a screen put in, with molding around it. So great to have all of this done, finally.

Called company on Friday and was set with an estimate appointment the next Tuesday. Nick showed up at the designated time. Showed him the area needing repairs and he then indicated that he would email me the estimate within two days. If I'm ok with the estimate, they can begin the repairs next week. Sent me an estimate for $1100, not including materials. I called back and indicated I want them to handle the entire project including buying the drywall, moldings, baseboards, and vanity. I would supply the paint. Scheduled for the work to begin in 10 days per my request. Bob was here for 2 days. I didn't want to go out and purchase all the supplies for the job, so Bob did it for me at Home Depot including picking up a vanity that needed to be replaced. He ask questions when necessary and also found additional damage from the flooding that Service Master didn't find including mold that was behind a door jamb. I provided the paint and he took over supplying the rest of the materials, Bob was communicating with me every step of the way. It was a pleasure doing business with him and he really knew his trades.
