Steve checked it out - we needed a new faucet. We selected one, he installed it, and we are very pleased!

There was a problem with the shut off valves and it was a tight fit. He provided me options as it was a bigger job than what I had paid for. Got the materials necessary and had it installed in a reasonable amount of time. Would use again.

I emailed Nick a list of miscellaneous projects and Gary showed up a few days later ready to go. He tackled my list and worked through them over two days and I'm thrilled to be going into the new year with an empty project list. Thanks Gary!

Gary replaced the 2 way switch explaining the wiring. He also fixed some loose siding and replaced a cracked outlet. Very efficient and professional. Highly recommended.

I am pleased with our experience with Handyman Pros. The estimate process went quickly and smoothly. They were able to schedule the work within a reasonable timeframe and the communication between the estimate and the workday was good. I point all this out because we had attempted to schedule this work with another company but our job was not big enough. It took forever for the job to be scheduled and even then got rescheduled twice. Frustrating! But not so with Handyman Pros. Gary was very skilled and knowledgeable, and was able to fix every problem we had. Once I took him around to show him all the doors that needed attention, he had to leave to get all the tools required and was gone two hours; however, once he came back he did the work professionally and thoroughly, and even cleaned up afterwards. I appreciated him telling us that some of the problems with the doors not closing were probably due to larger issues that would eventually require the door needing to be replaced, but did not pressure us to do so right away (so we could control expenses on this new-to-us house during the holidays). We will happily call Handyman Pros and ask for Gary again. Thanks for the good work. It’s a relief to have it done finally.

I purchased an Anderson patio door I needed it installed. After reviewing several contractors on Angie’s List I chose to go with Handyman Pros. Scheduling an appointment was very easy and they followed up with a phone call to remind me of my appointment. The contractors Gary and Igor arrived at the time promised. Gary did most of the work and the quality of work he did was good. Igor on the other hand didn’t appear to know what he was doing. Igor installed the molding around my patio door and it didn’t go well. He used the wrong size nail, didn’t have the correct pressure for the nail gun and had to countersink the nails. The molding had gaps in the corners which Igor filled with a lot of caulk. Instead of measuring the mounding he eyed it up and it turned out to be crooked. I had to call them back out to correct the problem which Gary did. I had to purchase new mounding to replace the mistake Igor made. I would have thought I would have been reimbursed for the materials I had to purchase in order for them to correct their mistake. Overall they corrected their mistake and I am satisfied with the work Gary did. Do not allow Igor to work on your project, he isn’t a carpenter.

Gary arrived promptly at the start of the scheduled two-hour window and had the gutters re-attached within an hour. He also provided a helpful maintenance tip for the area around one of the downspouts.

Great. Gutters were cleaned and bird nests removed. Quick and painless. Have used them before and am happy with their work.

Handyman pros was very responsive in coming out and providing a estimate/quote..... there were glitches in starting the project, enventually requiring a second handyman to be assigned. He did an excellent job. The price ended up higher than estimated due to a poor understanding of what was required.

They never returned my calls to schedule service.

Gary arrived on time, told me the bathroom fan could be repaired rather than replaced & did so, we were delighted, very efficient. It took 3-31/2 hours.

Gary was on time & took shoes off. (Nice). Was easy & pleasant to deal with. Did a fine job on both tasks.

From start to finish the job went well. Each day I was told what would be done and what to expect the next day. I was able to adjust work as needed, for example, we decided to insulate the shower wall for added sound proofing. Also, I was able to discuss details of the work as needed, for example, where the tile in the shower should end and the direction of the pattern of the floor tile.

It went great! Bob was on time & completed our work very satisfactorily! Appreciate the professionalism & competence.

Price way too high for labor costs and painting

On time in fact was early. Work involved cutting drywall installing boxes & sealing it all back up.

Service man was exactly on time at 8 AM. Sized up the job & completed the work timely. Will call again for handyman.
