Ok, it required a follow-up visit for some resulting leakage.

They have been excellent and professional. They are on time and are quick to respond to any phone call or emails. They are totally reliable and are great to deal with. I would recommend them and I would hire them again.

Gary did a thorough of replacing my dead sump pump and removing the back-up sump pump, also dead. He had to reconfigure the discharge pipe since there is no longer the back-up. There was an added charge of $20 for the additional parts, but no added charge for the labor involved. He even examined the third sump pump in the well at the other end of the basement. He pointed out that one was dead too. After watching him replace the main sump pump one, I feel confident enough to replace this one by myself. I would have given Handyman Pros a excellent rating for professionalism, but they did not inform Gary of the amount of water collected near the sump pump. Boots were necessary, but he only had gym shoes. I laid some spare boards that were available to keep his feet dry. Beware: Handyman Pros does not provide sump pumps. They only install what you secure on your own.

Called company to schedule estimate for replacement of interior pocket door. They asked me to send a picture, which I did. Sent Nick for appointment who was suggesting another solution to work with existing doors, which are crooked. I told him that we needed custom sized new doors and he became argumentative. He probably thought I was not in the trades. Reality is that I'm an architect and was a bricklayer. Probably know more about the correct way to build a house than a handyman. He disrespected me then asked to leave. Bottom line is that he did not know where to order custom interior doors. Sorry for the negative review, but in the future if your estimator does not know the answer to something they should politely say "let me find out and I'll get back to you".

They put in a piece of wood similar to a 2x4 on the floor to raise the door when closed and shaved the door. Worked perfectly. 2 hour job with trip to Home Depot for material

Went well. I just realize the initial cost was for a single hole faucet. I had 3 hole faucet that took more time.

Ken did a great job explaining the issues and solutions for both the cracked drain as well as piping. He also corrected an issue where dishwasher line was connected to sink drain vs disposal. Repairs were completed as he described and sink functioning as expected.

I needed to have my own tools. And the caulk came loose on one side of the tub.

Our shower was in desperate need of caulking. They came to the house right in the timeframe they promised and did a great job on the shower. Thanks!

The entire process was very easy. I emailed a picture of the damage, and I quickly received a detailed proposal. Scheduling was easy and they were able to accommodate my schedule. Ken was punctual, personable, and very professional. What I thought was wood rot turned out to be woodpecker damage. The damaged areas were removed, replaced and painted. When I first got the quote I felt it was a little on the high side, but the quality of the work was evident. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. I will definitely use Handyman Pros in the future.

The handyman arrived on time and was very upfront about what tasks he was going to be able to complete within the time frame. He installed the shelves with no issues. They are expensive but the workers are punctual, polite and know what they are doing. If I had one criticism it would be that if I'm being charged an hourly rate I expect the worker to not be taking multiple calls on his/her cell phone. That was the only criticism I had regarding this recent experience. I would definitely use their services again.

I contacted Handyman pros about a few small jobs I needed done around my house. I had some issues with a rotted window sill nosing, in addition to some rotted wood beneath my sliding patio door. I also needed the PVC sump pump drain line repaired. Handyman pros sent an estimator out, and within a day or two I had an emailed estimate with a list of materials to buy (they will provide materials if needed, but with a markup). I called and had no issues scheduling the service on a day that worked with my schedule. Gary showed up on time, and was very courteous. I was very happy with the quality of the work done. Would definitely hire again.

Ken was very professional, explained the project clearly, used craftsmanship and finished it in a timely manner. The work looks great! I am very pleased and give Handyman Pros my highest recommendation.
