Done professionally and in a timely manner. Gary did a great job!

Once the job was complete, it was great work. However, it was before the work began that was the issue. The technician said that we should not have used the shower for 2 days before the start of job. He said "can you read" to me. I was calm and replied what do you mean. He showed me an invoice that stated not to use the shower for two days. I proceeded to print out our invoice that had no mention of two days or even any restrictions on use of the shower. Once I showed him our invoice, the technician was nicer. However, the unprofessional manner of saying to any customer "can you read" would say never to use this technician ever again.

Work was done well and finished according to the estimate provided. Ken was very professional and purchased new boards as needed. He used paint we supplied. It worked out very well for us.

Nick, the owner, came out to look to see what work needed to be done and an estimate was provided and we agreed to have the work completed. When I received the estimate, I was a little confused as they listed someone else who was going to do the work. That should have been made clear upfront so there would be no confusion. The handyman, I believe his name is Gary, who came out was very thorough. Initially we were told the exhaust fan would vent to the side of the house but he looked inside the roof and said that he could just attach the ductwork to the other one that was already there so no additional holes would need to be made. This was great news. Had we known that upfront though we could have gotten the correct vent cap so we needed to make a return trip to return what we had purchased. Otherwise, everything was excellent. Follow-up has been great and we would definitely hire them again. They are a small company but very professional.

Despite weather problems, Eduardo was true to his word and his guys did a great job.

It went great. The technician was professional, friendly and helpful. He had things done quickly and nicely.

The shed took a bit more time and the gate was done solidly since the post was never in cement- was above ground and the gate was heavy for the post. Several handymen a few years ago declined even to do the gate post on the deck- shed was not an issue back then.

Nick the owner has such great communication and keeping you up to date on the status of the project needing to get done. Able to answer any questions you have and easy to talk to. Gary the gentleman that came to do the work was awesome, very personable and got the job done. He took his time to make sure everything was perfect. He also went above and beyond to help me with my toilet, he saw I was struggling with putting in a new toilet seat and stepped in to help me get it installed. Very much appreciated and great guy. Ken was prompt and got to work right away. Did good job on removing old caulking around vanities and then re-caulking. Ken was not able to put up new shower curtain bar because the new rod I had wasn't adequate for the job. Ken instructed me on the proper type of towel bar to get. Ken explained the work that had to be done on the deck and said an estimate would be sent to me soon. Ken was pleasant and did good work.

The handyman was prompt and prepared. He patched three holes in our ceiling from recessed lighting installation. The repairs are not even noticeable. We couldn't be happier. In fact, we've hired Handyman Pros to do an additional job!
