Description of Work: I used Handyman Pros to fix caulking on the outside of the window. Window was leaking water due to recent heavy rain. Chris came to do the job. Leaking slowed down after the caulking but was NOT gone. I called back and asked them to come again for inspection. They REFUSED to do so claiming that all repairs were made.
