Aco company person (Daniel) and I made plans to meet on March 19, 2022; however, he never showed up. We were supposed to meet at 11 a.m. I had to text him to ask was he still coming, he said he was stuck on the expressway and could he come later today. I replied yes at 2 and even asked if he could not come to just call. 2 came and went no response. Poor customer service.

David was on time, easy to work with and fixed my issue in very short order. Good to have him in my contacts.

Tony came over to remove a sink and install a new one and patch and paint the powder room. His work was excellent and he made some minor suggestions which were great. He worked with me on the price when adding some extra work and unlike many workmen he vacuumed the room after patching the walls. He was so great in many areas we have decided to hire him in remodeling our master bathroom. Finally found a competent and talented handyman!

Aco Management provided a last minute repair quickly at a reasonable cost for a real estate transaction. They communicated with me, the realtor and my attorney to address a repair request. I highly recommend.

I dealt with a man named Dan who I hired through this company. This has been the biggest nightmare of my life. I could not be more disappointed in his work. He sent a man named Roman here and completely demolished my bathroom with no plastic hanging to cover and keep my home clean......I hired him but he sent someone who had no clue what he was doing. He took $3000 of my money and quit the job with Roman on the 17th day of my bathroom Gut. I am now left with an unfinished bathroom. No plumbing Etc. Dan refused to give me his last name. He is affiliated with this company and MY PROPERTY MASTERS. Beware of ever hiring this man !!!

Daniel and Tom were prompt and did the job in a very timely manner I requested them to give me a quote for bathroom remodel so I was wanting to know if anyone else has used them for this service

Did a good job on one side of the closet and terrible on the back side. It fell down shortly after he left. I will fix it myself.

The crew was not qualified enough. We hired them to finish a job and they tried but ended up ruining what we had. So we had to replace and start all over. I wish they would have just let us know the job was too hard for them instead of trying to do it and ruining it. I let the boss know my unhappiness but never got a response.

He did good work but a bit pricey

Dan and Tom were great! Came out quickly, assessed issues, provided good materials, worked well together and thoroughly. Multiple jobs finished well and in short order. Very professional and very very nice people. Will definitely use them again!
