The new floor looks nice. I hope it lasts.

The entire process with Empire was stress free. The salesman was very pleasant to work with, no pressure sales tactics. Communications with Empire were clear, concise, and expedient. The total time from first contact to installed floor was 3 days. The installer did an â outstandingâ job.

Nothing.

The crew was very polite and professional, they stayed until the job was complete ( they thought 6PM and it ended up being 9PM)

The floor looks good. The guys who laid the floor out were great! The issue is when I was quoted I asked if it included taxes was yes and what my payments would be for interest free financing for a year. When I look over my emails when job was done noticed that taxes were not included in the original quote. So I my balance was higher. I do not care about paying as long as you are upfront. I would not use them again. Do not use them unless you want to be misquoted and then deal with horrible customer sales reps. Will be paying off the account and closing it immediately.

Quick installation schedule. The company did come and repair the floor quickly when our dog had a ?mishap? and tore up the floor. However the flooring quality was just ok, not great.

The representative had no idea what is involved in the install and agreed to everything I wanted Left shady details in description on purpose when confronted after with they wouldn't adjust price. Wanted up front payment because they have this problem with all there customers. that should of been a huge red flag Hire real professionals these people are a corporate business with no real field experience!! They also couldn't keep schedule that was what was most important to me. After I stressed the time frame they sounded capable and promised to be done - only reason I paid more- at last minute changed start date and texted it was his mistake sorry. No not sorry as a professional you stand behind your promise not use my bad as excuse bad company stay away

Terrible customer service, you never talk to the same person twice and they wasted a lot of my time and they don't honor their verbal agreements.

They did a fantastic job stairway 2 bedrooms 3 closets and a hallway

Make sure you get everything written in contract what you need and want done. Everything!

I had scheduled my install about 3 months out. They sent email after email asking me to schedule my install that was scheduled. They call you morning of install and give you a 2 hour window. I was called at 7:25am and told they would be here between 8-10am. They arrived at 10:20 am. Only one of the 3 installers spoke English. They installed my carpet and then told me they couldn't take away the old carpet which was part of my contract because it was too soiled and smelled. The one man who spoke English said that either he or another installer would return by end of day to pick it up curbside. I said ok. Never got picked up! I emailed that evening no response from them by noon so I called I was told that installer informed me they couldn't take it with them due to how soiled it was. Salesman saw condition carpet was in. This wouldn't be an issue for me had I been informed up front. I was told on phone she would refund me 16.00. Ask many questions. Just be prepared.

I hired Empire Today to do my upstair wood floors. They contacted me right away and even though I wasn't sure if I could afford it this year they were kind and supporting. Muir came over to give me an estimate and was very nice and professional. What sold me was the military discount> It means a lot to me when a company supports our troops so I decided to go with them. The installers were friendly and went above and beyond this job to make sure I was happy with their work. So in all my floors look great! and I was very happy from beginning to end!!

Empire Today offers flexible scheduling for project start dates. Floor installers were more focused on ‘Job Completion’ and less attentive to workmanship/quality. Empire Today, responded positively to multiple call backs to address and made appropriate flooring adjustments etc. Please note, Empire Today does not display/offer itemized project cost worksheet to customer. Customer only presented with bottom line project cost. I accepted Empire Today’s overall project cost estimate, however, hind sight is 20-20! Based on this First experience with Empire Today, I cannot recommend nor will I seek Empire Today for any future projects

The business was great but I found it a bit expensive.

Work was completed in 2 days. Installers were very professional.

Salesman was Professional & helpful. Job was scheduled for Aug 10. Received a call in am that installers would be here between 4 & 6 pm as they had a large job to do in am. At 6:15 I had not heard anything from them. I called Empire a number of times without a great deal of satisfaction. The workers arrived @ 7:15 they were very difficult to understand (did not speak English well) and wanted to install the carpet. This would have meant the carpet installation in our BEDROOM would not be completed until very late. We suggested they return in the a.m. After calling Empire an additional number of times this was done. Like the carpet very much and the workers were efficient, neat and did a good job. Felt that Empire should have given us a % off for all the stress we received.

They were professional all around. The salesman was friendly and did not pressure me. The installers were great and I love the final product.
