Crew that came over were professional worked very hard and got the job done! Floors look great.

I love my new flooring in my dining area. The installers were great especially Mario who answered all my questions. They were fast and left everything looking neat and clean.

Worst expierience ever. Pushy sales tactics, bail and switch, non disclosure, left a big bulge across the room. Wouldn't take equity line checks- so took 24 hours to transfer during which I received two calls threatening to come and rip it out. Horrible expierience.

They did a great job. There were a couple of parts missing, but overall a good job for the price and fast service.

They never showed on their appointed date of delivery. When I called for status, they informed me that I had been rescheduled without any notice to us. They could not deliver within the 30 day agreement so we fired. Still waiting for our deposit return.

Outstanding work.

They were pros every step of the way, prices were competitive, installers were courteous and efficient. And the carpet looks great!

Customer service was a bit week. I called a few times and they could not really help with my concerns

They did a great job on the work even though they had to come back because didn't have enough carpet for the job but really need to work on communication with the Customer and don't have the customer calling you back with no return call.

Very professional & great craftsmanship

An Empire sales representative first showed us our options in quality, details of the products, and a price comparison. We chose the middle option: a VersaLock laminate floor from Shaw industries. It's a "floating" design with interlocking planks. Our only complaint might be concerning the time of installation. I was told the day before that someone would call me between 7 and 9 am to tell me the estimated time of arrival. But, by 9 am, no one called, so I contacted them. I was told that no one had set the schedule, but someone would call me by 10 am. No call at 10 am, either. But, the installers just showed up - unannounced - about 10:15 am. Whatever... they did an excellent job. After removing the carpet, they worked in a methodical manner, so that furniture did not need to be completely removed from any particular room. We installed the new flooring in the living room, dinning room, an office/bedroom, and the hallway. It was not cheap... but, they did a fantastic job.

Really great workmanship took only two days to install. We will use again in the future.

Couldn't Find a minus star to rate them, used installers who pushedwash machine back into place without connecting the exit hose to exit connect for water.....10 min after they left my entire downstairs was flooded ..I called the installers and told them to come back....they said they lived too far away... in the meantime I called the salesperson/coordinator. He didn't know what to do... I told him he needed the emergency crew and heat lamps etc....that was on tues By weds I was having no response from empire management and my house was still wet nothing working.....on sat I called my homeowners Ins, they got the emergency crew and fans and heaters there immediately Would NEvER use empireagain...and they are still sending me messages to install the flooring!!!!

Great service. I was kept informed throughout the whole thing. Contractors are not always good about that. The only weird part is pricing. Even with their "half off" event their pricing was exactly the same as the other contractor recommended by home advisor. Obviously it was not a sale but a gimmick. If you use them get your other quotes first so you can have peace of mind about which company is actually the best value. Since both of my options were the same the hardest part was selecting my flooring. Which turned out gorgeous!

The cost of the products I selected was very affordable and did not come out cheap looking which is great. The sales reps definitely could use some additional training or experience. There were a lot of things we did not discuss that came up during the installations (i.e. base board colors/type, transition strips, reinforcing stairs, etc.) and I was left with items I am OK with but would have loved the choice to choose something a bit different. Also, as far as customer service goes, well, you have to do all the leg work yourself. The sales reps don't follow up. The customer service department does do a great job trying to get answers for you but they have to call the various departments and work with what they've got. You will need to be good and following up on things... At any rate, I keep going back to them for my various needs because the cost is very low and the job comes out just fine for a home I will be renting.

I was surprised at the options of flooring vs. carpeting. I was surprised at the price and quality. I would recommend them to anyone.
