The installers were inexperienced in doing details of the cove base and cutting precise corners. I am glad this was a rental property. Empire will never be installed in my home.

They came on time and finished early plus stayed within my budget

They subcontract. Two young men did my floors. Everywhere the floor didn't meet the baseboards, they just filled in the spaces with putty. The quarter-round was made of what appears to be, styrofoam. ..if not styrofoam, something very cheap. At the ends of it, at every doorway, it has no color. It was cut to fit and its not brown where its cut. I regret hiring them & dont recommend them.

I hired to replace subfloor. They came tore part of the floor up and said it was too wet and left. Told me to dry the floor and their boss would call that night. No one called. Called the next two days and still did not get an answer. Finally got a call and said I needed to get a contractor to fix the floor. That s what I hired them to do

They showed twice and did no work as of yet. I paid them up front and still no work has been doen

Responded quickly.

Three weeks later and job still not done Haven't seen or got a call. Talking to lawyers now.

I highly recommend this company. They installed floors in my parents house. Everyone I spoke with (Linda, Craig, Tony) we're very professional and courteous. My dad was very pleased with the installer and loves his new floors, Thank you for making this process very easy me and my parents.

Horrible experience all around except for the gentlemen who installed our carpet. I was given a quote for 2 bedrooms, living room, and stairway then when I went to sign the final papers it was only for 1 bedroom, living room, and stairway. When I pointed it out he said there must have been a mistake then readjusted my numbers for 2 bedrooms and living room. I made our installation appointment for 3 weeks out and when they called to confirm it, the amount was higher. I called the company and "rep handling my case" over 20 times and no one showed up for our installation appointment. When I finally talked to the rep the day of our appointment he gave me a $50 credit. Also, I found out that our 3rd bedroom was never measured when I asked for it to be. When I asked the rep why this didn't happen, he said he doesn't know but if I had a sale person come back out to measure it, our appointment would be delayed AGAIN. So I declined and had a different sales person come out 2 days later and he gave me an outrageous quote for that bedroom. Horrible experience all around except for the 2 gentlemen who did a great job doing the install.

They gave me a fantastic price, completed the job in my time frame, and the installers did an excellent job! I couldn't be happier with my new hardwood floors (installed in entire 2nd floor of my home in 2 days!). I highly recommend this company and especially the installation crew that did my job!

The two men who did the demolition and installed the new flooring were respectful, extremely hard working, and knew how to do the work and do it together. The only issue which remains is to change the strip in front of one door, because it is too high and makes it very difficult to open and close the door. This is scheduled for Oct. 1. Customer service rating would have been higher if we didn't have to live with this issue for 3-1/2 weeks.

All around..wonderful

The flooring selection was not impressive. The salesman constantly steered me towards what HE wanted to sell. My floors are done, I'm not unhappy, but I wish I would have gotten several estimates first.

Empire Today ,if they do any work for you they wont come back and correct if they did anything wrong. They don't even try to communicate about the situation ,thought that they were a reputable business but there not. So i advise not to use there service.

Empire Today called right away to set up an appt. The rep was wonderful, brought samples and offered great suggestions. The installers did a fantastic, professional, neat job. I love my new carpet!

Unprofessional, waited ALL day for appointment - called at 5:30 p.m. to say they were on way, be there at 7:30 p.m. to START installing floor! Unacceptable! Rescheduled, didn't call to confirm, shoved appliances around, gouged door & door frame with refrigerator. There's a bump in flooring where not installed properly. Sending a Customer Service rep. out hasn't happened yet.

Getting the carpet installed in 2 weeks.
