Great job installing new carpet

Our installers were professional as well as efficient. It was a pleasant experience having them here.

Very professional. Moved funiture and then moved it back. Finished in a good time. Cleaned up their mess.

Rich and his group of installers were fantastic. My flooring is beautiful. My salesman Alex Hodroj knew exactly what I wanted and he helped me make the right choice in wood flooring.

Although I was interested in replacing carpeting with hardwood, because of the expense I just had Empire install new carpeting. They were competitive for both hardwood and carpeting. Everything was done on schedule.

Terrible experience with Empire. They replaced our carpet with vinyl plank flooring. They kept speaking non-English in front of me, smoked in my garage with my kids around, and did not pick up after themselves. They also broke a statue and cracked our ceramic tile in our bathroom and didn't even tell me. It's been 2 months and I'm still waiting on someone from Empire to come fix the tile. Terrible costumer service. I recommend spending the extra money and going with someone local, I wish I would have!

Installers were great!

I had both flooring and carpeting done separately with different installers. Both were on time, knowledgeable and professional.

Rich and his team did a fantastic job on our house. With over 2000 sq ft of hardwood and engineered floors, they worked hard to make sure everything was done with quality!

I had a AM appointment, got here after 2:00 PM. No call, the day was wasted.

overall it was a good experience. The crew that did my floors were great and were willing to call an audible and work on a new room (kitchen) even though it wasnt planned. The issues ibhad were norr witg sales rep. He was nice but when he came and did walk through estimatr it nevrr occured to him to check under living toom carpet to see if hardwood existed as an exspert he should havr asked or checked. Needless to say when the crew came to do the living room they were great and said it doesnt make sense to put hardwood over all the originals thus the audible to do kitchen instead. Then because of price difference it took over two weeks for sales rep to get me new price adjustment.

Great price and did an excellent job. Very professional and would highly recommend.

I was impressed with the one-stop shop concept. Initially, I looked at flooring, then had a quote on installation. I finally settled on Empire as they had a consultant come out to the house with samples. The rep quoted a price out of my range, but was able to get within my budget. Very friendly. The installers came in and was done so fast. My floors look great! I have gotten so many compliments on the finished work. Would recommend them to everyone.

The project was supposed to be 3 days tops....now, 3 weeks later, it is still not done. The work that is done is beautiful but I would like it finished. Do not believe the time given...they are priced higher but we hired them so it would be done quick. Payment in full is required BEFORE they even start. So expect that as well.

Empire is the worst to deal with. I put in order weeks ago, they screwed up- not enough material on truck. plus a lot of excuses! I gave them 2nd shot- they stood me up. I gave them third chance yesterday and am regretting it already! They have no memory of who the customer is. I plan on cancelling now- I have better things to do than work with incompetants --don't you?

Communication with the company was difficult - I changed my order after learning more about carpet (from another estimate) and they are not very transparent about what you are receiving. I felt like I had to pry to get the specific brand and model of carpet that I was comparing, as well as the foam padding. They were by far the cheapest company (for the same weight of carpet), but don't just accept their recommendations because other companies didn't even offer the low grade of carpet that I originally ordered.

The installer was very good. He and his assistant were very polite and attentive to the job.

Did great work. Pricing was fair in the end but need to be negotiated down. They initially start high, then get approval to go lower of you second guess their pricing

Some scheduling problems but good service.
