best home improvement project I have ever had performed. Any questions or issues were resolved quickly. The installers went way above and beyond. They replaced all of our base board at no cost. I was thoroughly impressed.

They did nice work and finished in one day.

We hired them for flooring. The first product we ordered-on the day before the install, we were told it was not quality so they were not going to use it, even though the installer called the next morning and said he was on his way with it. We had to order a different product, they came out and ran out of it halfway through the install. Had to take more days off work to accommodate this error on their part. The salesperson Jeanette and the office staff Tracy were the only reason we did not cancel the entire order. The installer was exceptional. He knew his stuff! Very picky and made sure everything was perfect. It is administration that cared more about the money than the customer. I would not use them for any reason. We need to install carpeting now and I am searching for anyone but them!

Nice and quick job.

Well they didn't move the all the furniture I paid for. I ripped all my muscles in my back cause they would not move a certain piece so I had to do it myself. Then they cut my cable wire in half and didn't tell me so I had to go out and buy a 100 ' cable and install it myself which was not fun. Carpet looks good but too expensive for the little carpet they had to put down. All and all I'll go somewhere else next time.

Not happy with the installation, seams were uneven. Glued very sloppy. Salesman & price were good. Installers returned to say just put a rug over it & it will go into place over time

Prompt installation, good service.

I had hardwood installed, and am unhappy with the quality of the install. One customer service rep has been helpful, but she is not in a position to help. 1) The quarter round molding is larger than the quarter round in adjoining rooms 2) I have a raised t-transition in a high traffic area, I was told this is correct for open doorway entrances from one room to another. I have three other open doorways transitions and none have a raised t-transition. 3) Nails were sticking out of the quarter round and I had to pound them in myself after I caught my foot on a nail. 4) The installers did not clean up and left the installed floors, there were scraps from the boxes, hardwood scraps and a thick coat of dust. 5) I specifically asked if there would be any issues installing hardwood on the top of the steps going down to the basement and they said no. Well, it is, when you come up the stairs you can see the plywood. I was told that this is a correct installation by the installation manager with the exception of the plywood showing on the steps. If I wanted that fixed I would have to sign off that I am happy with the fix so I opted out. I am going to start saving to have the repairs I requested Empire do by a real profession. My advice would be to hire a real expert even if you have to wait a few weeks or pay a little more. We used Empire twice before and didn't have an issue. This could just be luck of the draw and we got bad installers and Empire won't correct their mistakes by redoing the hallway correctly. I blame myself, I should not have paid them. I just wanted the installers out of my house they smelled like they just rolled out of a whiskey soaked ashtray and had been in my house for two days for what should have been a one day install.

Hard working. Attention to detail

Went four days without our two bathrooms. No one called to tell us what was going on with our installation. They wanted the money but we have not gotten anything except a few we are sorry. Poor costomer service.

The installers went above and beyond what there were there to do, they even did things for me that they didn't have to, like move a couch out to my garage. They were very thorough, and cleaned up great after they were done. Awesome job, very pleased with them.
