they were originally going to put in a hardwood floor but they felt it was too damp in one corner and were quite honest about it and advised me to go for carpet again, which I did.

Had to call corporate when they left left my bathroom sink in pieces, they then returned 3 times and got it fixed. Floors look amazing.

The floors came out looking great but they left some minor damage to my door trim, hand prints all over my brand new walls, and they left my toilets poopy and dirty, they also left my sinks dirty. This is a brand new home and I was not happy with the total disrespect for my property. They only gave $100 back for all the damage they caused.

Empire was wonderful to work with when we were installing carpet in our church nursery. They came out and gave us a free quote that also featured a discount from using Home Advisor. They showed up on the scheduled day with the wrong type of carpet, but the mistake was quickly ironed out and they returned promptly with the correct order. Would definitely hire them again; very nice, easy to work with, very good work.

Needed flooring for 2 baths, Kitchen and stairways. Manuel was great as sales rep. worked with me while I waited 3 weeks after all flooring done except master bath so I could see new samples that matched my cabinets when they came in. I chose to stay with Empire instead of another flooring co. Before master, all installation was great, on time, cleaned up after etc, however when it came to the master, had 2 cancellations after I took off from work, misinformation on what subflooring I needed, and the installers chipped my newly painted cabinets and did not say anything. I missed it as I only concentrated on the flooring. I will say that Chris, the installation manager provided the board I needed since Empire Today canceled on me twice. I have not contacted him on the chipped cabinet yet, but I plan to.. we can sand the spots and repaint. I wish the installer would have been more forthcoming about the damage. I would recommend Empire, but I would warn that if you take off work for installation, make sure management is aware so they make the best effort to commit to the date. Also check for any damages, accidents. I have learned my lesson on this.

Took a little too long. Could have cleaned up front yard better.

Not sure if I got the best price, but the job was done quickly and my carpets are beautiful. My installers were great!
