I was a bit hesitant after a few reviews. Honestly, Empire left me in tears today...HAPPY tears! They did such an amazing job on my stairs and upstairs, and they went above and beyond to address my concerns about the subflooring. I'd hire them again without hesitation.

Customer service stinks Kelly answered the phone and never even listened to what I was saying. As I tried to explained to her she kept interrupting me never giving me a chance to speak so very rude. I embarrassed for the company to have someone represent them this way. As the first contact she needs to be replaced immediately.

The contractor (Empire) arrived late, did not review project properly the first time. Had to call another contractor out twice to repair sub flooring because Empire did not check all areas where work needed to be done. Empire's sale person lied to make sale on paying part of money then pay rest of money at completion of project. The day of the work the technician informed me that all money had to be paid before work begin per company policy. The sales person lied about this when agreement was made. She put the pay part now and then rest at completion on the agreement but Empire did not honor this due to company policy. I would not recommend this contractor for any flooring work at all.

Were extremely patient with the multiple reschedules we had to do. The only "issue" we had was that the workers were here from 8:30am to 8:00pm. If we had known/realized it would take that long, we would have broken it up into two appts. This is by no means the workers fault, just a lack of information.

It is a nationally recognized, quality company wit excellent customer service, communication and organization skills.

They did a great job. They were upfront with all the costs, and helped to get within our budget.

The salesman as well as the first installers we are less than happy they left tile damage in one room that they have not own up to nevet again for this company we have other work that we will not call this company on

This was to be a one day job. It has been two weeks and still not finished. Cost a lot of money and has been a bad experience. These floors will go down as " Mom's folly".

These guys were great. They moved / relocated existing furniture and completed the job in a timely manner. I would recommend Empire again and again!

The sales team was great and the installers were professional and communicative. Very impressed.

I had a super sales rep who helped me choose the perfect shade of carpet, and the project turned out beautiful! They were also able to meet my tight deadline for installation.

Be careful with this company's billing system. They charged me over $2000 more than what I signed for. No explanation to date and still not resolved this matter.
