Empire Today - Dallas

What can I say? Empire Today ROCKS!!! We didn't have to leave our home, they came to us with samples and everything!!! FIrst of all, for the estimate they arrived on time with the samples. We picked the carpet and pad, finalized the transaction all in our living room. By the way, the discounts were AWESOME!!! Then, they said they could install the very next day!!! Who does this? Well, we needed the install 4 days later. Again they did exactly as they said with the phone calls prior to arrival, arriving on time, performing quality work in record time and being courteous and professional as well. I would DEFINITELY recommend Empire Today!!!

I hired Empire because they assured me over the phone and in person that they could install as soon as next day. After getting an estimate, picking a carpet and paying in full the sales associate tells me (as she's walking out of my house) that it might not get done the next day. I later received a confirmation for installing next day, but when I called to verify they told me that it was not scheduled until after the weekend. I believe it is bad practice to promise something that cannot be delivered.

Great salesperson, brought samples to our home! Price was so much better than price quoted by another company that advertises they have great deals! We also extended the job after the price was so good, we added 3 other areas, and still came way under other quoted price! Empire is the way to go!!

The employees of Empire Today was very professional and they have great customer services. They installed wood floor in my upstairs and down stairs. All rooms except kitchen, bathrooms and washroom. They did a wonderful job and left my home very clean. Great job Empire!

there estimator need more experience in measureing rooms not very accurate

We had put up with the "original" bathroom floors in our older home for many years, and they were getting really ugly! We had discussed replacement before with a couple of local flooring companies with mostly unsatisfactory results? One was "too busy to talk about that small a job," and another said "I can't make any money off something like that! Come back when you're ready to talk 'whole house!' Just do it yourself!" When we called Empire they came immediately, showed us several options, quoted us a great price, and had the installation scheduled quickly! The installer did a beautiful job in one day, cleaned up afterward, and gave us a tour for a "customer's final job-approval" before he loaded his tools back up! Very professional!

Installation and service was wonderful!

I am very pleased with my new flooring, I get compliments all the time. The guys were very professional and explained everything. I will use Empire again.

Scheduling for installation was to uncertain. Conversation with installer was difficult on phone. They however did an excellent install.

There were way too many scheduling issues. Installation date was August 5. I received a TEXT on August 4 after 6 PM stating that the carpet that I chose 2 WEEKS prior was out of stock. Needless to say, I canceled the order, and they are in the process of refunding my $50 deposit.

Low price guarantee accuracy is hard to determine when you do not know the component prices of the bid, product and installation, I am pleased with the product and the installers were excellent, I thought the price was good. Was it the lowest I could have paid? I don't know and have no way to determine that.

Good product and work was completed in the same day. Crew was friendly and cleaned up after work was completed.

They did an excellent job installing my floors. The technicians were outstanding.

Sales rep and the workers aren't on the same page. We were told that everything could be left inside the drawers of the cabinets we have and once the workers arrived they took pictures of the place and when they were leaving I asked what was going on? And they said to me they did not have enough carpet. I later received a call from the sales rep stating that the workers were not going to come back because we had too many things and the drawers needed to be empty. If the workers would have communicated with the truth I could have cleared the drawers with my family in less than 30min. Instead we had to re schedule for a different date with different workers and the reason I rated with 4stars is because the workers that ended up completing the job did a fantastic job!
