Empire Today made the process so easy. Customer Service was great and the Installers were fantastic! My project was finished in a day.

Once the salesman was out the door He can’t be reached. He left no name or number

New carpet. Company had problem with down payment check. Took 20-25 minutes to clear a $100 check. Was told about $500 discount, but never saw it on paper( don’t know for sure if we got or not). Installers speak very poor English. Was hard to communicate. Was fast and good installation.

The new carpet on our staircase looks beautiful!!! Pam came to our home with carpet samples and helped me choose the perfect carpet for our stairway! She has an excellent eye for design and what will work for your particular house style. The guys arrived promotly and were very conscientious in the installation of the carpet. They did excellent work. Thank you all so much and yes, we highly recommend Empire for all your flooring needs!

Laminated wood floor install the whole house. The contract was for Labor and I bought the materials. They did good. One thing to note for all: Make sure to include cleaning in your contract! I made a trip to landfill after their job completion from the trash left in the garage.

Many times, the installers arrived late and/or with the wrong carpet or padding. Customer service was never helpful and did not seem to care about the inconvenience Empire Today was causing me. Other than the installers, this was the worst experience I have ever had with any company.

The team showed up and did a Great Job. Here is hoping day 2 goes as good.

The salesman was excellent. Customer service to pay the bill was something else. Horrible. The people that came to install the carpet are supposed to collect the funds upfront. They did not have a credit card machine. They came in an unmarked truck, no uniforms; basically contractors. They were LATE. I didnt want them writing down my cc # . I asked them to let me call in that info. The customer service person they put me through to argued that a MC had 18 digits instead of the 16 I provided. Ummm...No! She hung up on me after insisting she needed 18 digits. The next person I made it through to processed the card with no issue, but it took 10 min to get through. All the while, the contractors doing nothing. They were a couple of hours late. They damaged a sofa and a wall. The carpet install was done well.

Did what they said they would do at the price that was set. However, the installers came at the wrong time. It was not their fault. They were given the wrong time.

The sales rep was quite pleasant and professional. She gave me a list of things I should look for since I was going to have some other bids. The two rooms of engineered hardwood were done in one day and the workmen cleaned up after themselves. I love my new floors and appreciate the fact that the cost was fairly reasonable.

There was a little confusion on the start date but once that got worked out, all went well.
