The sales rep was excellent. He brought several samples and let us keep one while we made a decision. He did not push us to make a decision that day and understood that we would not be ready to install for at least a month. He even made a trip out a couple weeks before we were ready to drop off additional samples so we could make a final decision. The installers on the other hand were not as enjoyable. They left things behind, damaged a place on the baseboards that we just had installed and even asked to borrow a tool from me. We were told that the ones doing the install worked for Empire, but when they arrived, they did not have a sign on their truck or logos on their shirt.

Empire had good prices for materials. I had a salesperson come out and was able to get the flooring started the next day. The crew I had was amazing! They were professional and courteous. They took their time, they answered all my questions, and they pointed out things that I would have otherwise not noticed. I had purchased lock-in and the crew came in and talked to me about the benefit of glue down. They demo’d the difference for me and I ended up purchasing the additional glue. The crew was on time both days. They were great!

The two gentlemen who installed my luxury vinyl plank flooring were courteous, neat and worked fast. The flooring is costly but it looks good and has transformed the look of my home. It's early days, but I'm hopeful it will look good and wear well for years to come.

I've had a lot of carpet installed in my lifetime and I got to say i was impressed with the speed, accuracy and quality of the job. The installers were on time were polite and courteous and did a great job. My wife and I highly recommend them and will use them for future jobs. Keith and Teresa Christensen

After the initial ordering, they came the next day to install. Arrived at 9:30 AM, went to work right away, only took a lunch break. Right back to work, after clean-up they left at 10:45PM, after doing 2 rooms. The only thing I did not like was that one of them brought there little boy to work with them. He kept leaving the front door open, and the little boy was told many times to keep the door closed: Reason, I did not want the dogs to get out.

Everything was fast and easy getting our stairs done. They came out in three days after the first call and installed the next day. Easy as it gets.

If you select Luxury Vinyl Plank they only send one person who is contracted by Empire and not an actual employee like the carpet installers.

Good experience. Kept all appointment times and install time was when promised. Clean up afterwards could have been a little better but not that big of a deal.

The installers did not show up on scheduled date. After the carpet is installed, had to call again to fix the places where carpet meets tile.

They did a fantastic job. We are very pleased with the floors.

The staff is really good and really nice and very knowledgeable but the carpet that he suggested didn't last as long as it should have the installers were great they did a fantastic job they had to move some furniture there's never a problem with that it was just nice try problem I had was a quality of the product itself

Was very surprised that when they came ri the house they only wanted to sell me a very narrow scope of flooring. They said Empire only installs wood flooring in the northern states. said they wouldnt install the plywood naoled down wood flooring. They did give me a choice of 3 makers of vinyl wood style. Good price but really wanted solid wood. Strange experience.

The carpet is of high quality and so soft. I love the color. They had a great choice of color and texture. I had a small job 2 rooms and a hall, but they gave me a great deal. Sometimes contractors only want the big jobs and the little ones are priced high, but Empire Today made me feel important. If I had the money I would hire them for the rest of the house.
