Empire Today - Dallas

As with all sales I never care for the back and forth haggling...but we feel we got a good price and the installers were quick and we love the finished results

Initially the job was delayed by two days because the wrong installers were send out. The first team were not qualify to take up the laminated floor that was being replace with carpet. The second team, at least the lead installer, was a very hard worker and had to do basically do the whole install. His partner was lazy and did basically just what he had to do.

Project was carpet & vinyl installation, one room was more work than had been expected and on site crew made decision not to do the room. I called customer before crew left home and wanted the vinyl not installed to be left with me, I had prepaid for all material & installation. Took about 1 month to get my material delivered and 6 weeks to get my refund covering installation not done.

Salesperson was typical salesperson. Pleasant until time for closing of the sale. Still made purchase and believe I got a fair deal but could have been better
