Very friendly, not pushy at all. Quick and easy set up process.

Let start by saying that all of the gentlemen were very nice. From the salesman to the installers. They did a very nice job. We are overall pleased with the outcome. But the gentleman that performed the installation did have their quirks. They were super friendly. But they showed up 4 hours early for the job. One of the installers showed up with a laceration of the finger that I ended up tending to. I am a healthcare provider so I did not mind, but it was still very odd. Like any good host I offered them drinks, and things went pretty well. Thankfully, I speak Spanish, because they seemed to have some questions I was able to help them with. If I did not speak Spanish, I am not sure what would have occurred. Furthermore, I wish they would have done the corners on the baseboards differently. They still have some very pronounced sharp edges. It is nothing we cannot fix, but it would be nice if we did not have to. Overall, the job was nicely done, but things could have gone a little smoother. Oh well.

While they took two tries to show up for the quote appointment, once they were able to meet with us they were able to begin installation within the week. We were on a time crunch that made it necessary to have the work completed in less than two weeks and they came through. We redid our entire second floor - hallway and 4 bedrooms. We love the carpet we picked and it's held up well in the last year and a half against a big dog and 3 kids. Will definitely use them again when we redo our first floor.

We installed an LVF product and are very happy with it.

They were quick getting the job done. Quality of the work was excellent. Staff was great to work with and the quality of the floor materials is just what I wanted and beautiful.

The crew arrived ready to work and were busy all day. They moved furniture carefully and consulted with me when they had a question about something. I haven't found a single spot where something just isn't right. I asked to keep a section of existing carpet to replace some in another area and they measured, cut, and rolled the piece up for me. I am very happy with my new wood floor and this company will be my first choice in the future.

They have not done the job and I have called many times. Whoever answers does not know and they never call back. I paid them $100. At this point, I would just like to get my money back. Please help with this matter.

This company is an absolute nightmare. A sales person came to my house and played the role very well. Once I signed the contract and exchanged funds everything went downhill. Two install contractors were sent to my house that I could not communicate with due to language barrier. They did not have the correct flooring. They did not complete the job and have never returned. Another install crew was supposed to arrive the next day. They did not show up. The next day two more install contractors arrived with the wrong flooring. I refused to let them install. Customer service can not be reached. Ever. It s a call center that takes messages. The salesman does not take phone calls. Emails cannot be sent to them. Basically there is no way to communicate with anyone. 9 days ago I gave this company THOUSANDS of dollars. I have nothing to show for it. Please trust me. Do not use this company. Horrible experience with no resolution in sight except file fraud charges through my bank and hope to get my money back. I reported them to the better business bureau and found that there are 3900 negative reviews over a 3 year period. Do your research folks! You ll be glad u did.

They were great. They came in went right to work and had the job done in 1 hour and 15 min. Then they cleaned up and took the mess with them. You could not ask for better workers. I love Love my wood floors.

Beware you get a sub contractor with Empire today. They took 2 full days to finish and had no respect for my home or belongings. They took up my old flooring in the kitchenwith a saw and didn't put any plastic on anything my home was a disaster! They also didn't finish my kitchen and didn't rip up the old floor in the pantry that I paid extra for. This was a flooring nightmare! I have damage to my stove and band new dining table due to the carelessness of the installation crew. It has been two weeks of trying to get compensation and still no luck. I am just going to call my credit card company. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Great experience. I know that I could have saved a few dollars with another company but their service and performance was exceptional. i got two large floors done and they got it all done in one day!!

The workers left our carpet soiled. To dry the compound on old flooring the door was left open allowing bugs and humid air into the house, The A/c ran constantly. My handicap cannot tolerate heat and humidity, To plug in their fan to dry compound on old flooring a medical device was unplugged that remotely monitors mt husband's heart defibrillator. We found this days later. It took approx. 4 weeks to connect with Lisa S. and customer service to get our Quarter round installed. Would not hire again.

The salesman was very professional and was told they would match the lowest quote and they did. The installers were pleasant and got right to work. I would hire them again.

They did not connect the toilet properly. We have been in contact with them for 3 weeks about this problem and no one has shown up to correct the problem!!!!

They were quick to schedule and did a great job. This is the 2nd time we have used them. They did a great job both times.

Nothing, so far ok, work scheduled for next week.
