I would not recommend this company because when it comes to details, they do not care. I had to fight for months and had multiple visits for the job to be somewhat completed to a professional standard. If you do move forward with them, make sure to have all the details and concerns written on the agreement as when you need to elevate any issues to customer resolutions, they only care what was written on it. Pay by credit card in case you are not satisfied with the work so you can dispute the charge - my only go to when they did not want to finish the work.

The gentlemen who came in and did the floor were excellent! Very hard workers, they did everything possible to make us comfortable and to make us feel at easy. The job they did was incredible and we would definitely hire them again when we get our basement done over, and we hope we can get the same crew! We had floors put in, in 3 bedrooms, a hallway, our stairway, and our whole first floor and we couldn't be much happier, the floors came out beautiful and the house looks great. We are 115% satisfied and we would recommend you to our friends and family! Awesone job! Thank you! Installed bathroom vinyl planking that looks like tile and is water proof - nice!

They were prompt and did a great installation. Product looks great. I am concerned that they helped themselves to some refreshments in my refrigerator while doing the installation. With Empire it is a crap shoot what you get for installers. Mine spoke very little English but were OK on installation other then leaving allot of cleanup

carpet install was good

Horrible experience with this company....wrong color installed, not enough carpet delivered for second try, took 3 tries, multiple phone calls, delays, delays, days for me for loss of work due to their incompetence. The only positive was the customer service rep I spoke with on numerous occasions was helpful, supportive and had to keep apologizing for her company. I advise to stay far away from Empire and Luna carpet.

did not show up on time, did not have the vinyl only told us when they arrived. missed 3 install dates without communications. my tenant was left without toilet and gas stove for a full week. empire was unable to coordinate the the work of its teams did not know their where abouts. The worst contractor ever. Home depot is for sure a better solution. Empire today is beyond careless.

The contractor told my wife we didn't need the Luann underlayment and installed the flooring without it. I had already paid for it and expected it to be installed. Not happy with them at all. Cutting corners is bad for business. The floor could become compromised due to this not to mention the insulation factor.

The two young men were very respectful and professional. Punctual. They cleaned up and put items back where they belonged in our basement.

They were responsive and had a quick in house estimate.

david and his 2 brothers did a clean outstanding job. would recommend them

The only thing I would say is that the scheduling process is extremely loose with the windows being 8-6.
