Installed pre-finished hardwood in 2 bedrooms. Very happy with the installation and the crew that installed. 2 minor issues being resolved this week. The only reason I didn’t give them a 5 is they delayed my install 2 weeks at the last minute due to lack of inventory. Don’t understand how the didn’t know level of inventory when the set the date.

The floor is very pretty but the installation was a nightmare! I feel there are areas that are not finished and the installers were at the house until Midnight to get it done in one day. They never offered to leave and come back. That was a horrible experience.

Said they could install one of their products in our sunroom but when installer arrived he said sun would eventually warp floor. We ended up going with another company. Their carpet for our family room worked out well though. Would not hire them again.

I hired them to do my floor. They told me they are coming on Friday. I took day off from my job just for them. The day before, they called me the materials are not ready. We reschedule in two weeks. The day come, I waited for hours no one showed up. I called customer services waiting for 45 mins on the phone. Finally found someone. She told me they dont have the materials again. This twice. The day I have they have to come to do the installation, no one called me to let me know, that they are not coming anymore. Bad customer service. They don't care about people. They treat people like crape. Dont recommended this company at all. They dont know what they are doing. If you confirm that you are coming, that means everything is ready. The day for the installation, np one showed up, even to call. This is crazy. Bad, bad,

I used Luna through Empire, installers were good. Fast and efficient. Carpets look great.

The sub contractor was a company called TDR out of Marlboro and we liked them so much, they’ve helped us complete other jobs in the house.

The product shopping experience and quality were great. The installation flooring company was unacceptable. They were not prepared, did not have the proper tools, inexperienced with removing existing flooring and workmanship was questionable, the laminate flooring and thresholds were not acceptable. They burnt the cabinets with a blow torch and the follow up from Empire is nonexistent I will not use this company for future projects!

Overall, it was a very good experience. The only reason I didnâ t give them 5 stars is because they didnâ t give me a fixed price. When the contractors arrived, they had me pay 400 dollars more. According to them, they didnâ t do the estimate right. I believe they should be more cautious when doing theestimate and have the contractors there also in order to have a correct estimate so there are no surprise the day the work supposed to get done.

The companies I got as contractors on behalf of Empire were excellent. The sales guy helped wrangle the pricing with Empire down into relatively reasonable amounts (although still higher than other quotes) but most importantly got me full 0% financing on excellent terms. The actual flooring company was top-notch, finished the job 1/2 day early from the estimate, and did a fantastic job.

The fellow who came and gave me the estimate was wonderful. The installer was wonderful. A bit pricey, but I think it's just how much it costs no matter who you get to do it.

Just an excellent experience. Starting with the salesman all the way to the last piece of scrap wood being taken away. I donâ t plan on doing wood floors anywhere else but if I did and someone asked me Iâ d go with them.

Yes, this is an homeless shelter. That is in fort need of a new wooden floor on the first floor on the lobby area. Thank you.

Great installation

The flooring crew was great. They removed the old oak flooring and set up plastic to isolate the other rooms from dust. All done in one day and the new flooring looks beautiful. The company kept me updated of the installation date and time, as well as the crew indicating their arrival time.

Hired to install new vinyl flooring in the kitchen with new molding. Did not receive the work that was paid for. Gaps left around the molding. The flooring started coming up one day after installation and no return calls from the company

They were great . Every time I called them they always answered. I have already given out there name to friends and family . I was very impressed that they came to My home with all of the samples and actually installed it 2 days earlier than planned !!! So happy

I compared Empire pricing and product to several local flooring stores, and the similarity in product and the huge cost difference, was why I ultimately chose Empire.

The contractors that Empire hired were very good, but Empire themselves were not. The salesman knew very little about floor installation. When the contractors got to my home, the first thing that he told me was that the radiator had to be removed by a plumber. The previous day I had my plumber remove the dishwasher, sink, and toilet. I was NEVER told by the empire that the radiators needed to be removed. The installers said I needed to call a plumber, this was a Saturday. I asked them how I was going to get a plumber and if so, I would have to pay $$$$$$$. Then they started to remove the tiling and found that the job would require an additional $800. The salesman quoted $2,800 now it was $3,600, and I had to pay it immediately. Imagine my anger because the salesman had no idea what he was quoting. The installers said this happens often with the empire because the salespeople have no training! They need to go on a job and find out what the installation actually entails. Spoke with a manager, Mike, and said nothing could be done.
