They will be coming back to reinstall the LVP as the adhesive used failed and the LVP are moving, popping up, etc. We will see if they fix it for not....

Smooth process. The installers were fantastic!

It started nicely. The salesman Gary was responsive. The issue was, I wanted the flooring in the direction they had always been, and inline with the rest of the house. He recommended I do it the other way, as did the flooring guy. I sadly agreed, and paid in full prior to job being completed. There were other smaller things that weren't taken care of because the flooring guy "had another job to tend to". Calls to them finally led to Gary coming out and agreeing to take care of the smaller issues, not sure of direction. Fine. More calling back and forth and 4 weeks later-they agreed to working on the smaller issues, but for an extra $200. I would never recommend this company. Very poor customer service. Also, never agree to COD prior to the job being completed. My stupidity.

Terrible customer service. Project took 3 weeks to complete (right before the holidays) every time I called to check on the status of the project they gave me a run around. When I finally reached a manager he told me I could always cancel the project! We had already moved the furniture out of the room and ripped up the carpeting ourselves in anticipation of their start date (which came and went twice, so two lost vacation days from work). When they finally did come to do the work they didn't bring enough carpeting and they did the measuring! I will never use this company again and neither will any of our friends or neighbors.

I did hire this company!! They came and did the linoleum in my bathroom!! He was incredible and did an excellent job. Was very impressed with the baseboard he did!

Quick appointment scheduling. Installers came when they said and did a good job.

The wood floor installation took longer than the salesman said, but the work was excellent. Very happy with the result.

Frank came on time and was in a professional manner. It was quickly quoted on site and is right there for the market. Not to high not to low . Right in the middle. Ill be useing empire again for my next renovation . Thank

they messed not once but twice on the installing and after the 2nd time I never heard from them since. I will also be contacting the Better Bussiness Bureau. They took my info to open and account for 0% percent financing for 12 months and when I called they could not find the offer or the ossuing of a new price of $2753 from the previous mess up on thier part.... very aweful experience and then they say there are no hidden costs like thier competitiors.... look out... no true

They came 4 days after the date was set. They left the place dirty beyond what was expected. We moved anything that got moved. Work was fine.

Good work & completed the job as promised in few hours.

I had a GREAT experience using Empire Today. I have no complaints and for someone who is very picky that's saying something. I have another job coming up and I will call Empire Today. Jim F. Peabody,Ma.

THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY GOOD!

I hired Empire after a consult with their local rep, June, who was fantastic. However, when the employees arrived to do the install they did not understand more than a few words of English, and were upset as they thought they were doing a hallway rug install, when in reality they were there to do my stairs. That set off their mood for the next 4 hours they were there. Right away I contacted Empire as after 2 stairs were done it was anything but quality work. No one contacted me or the employees who continued the stairs, banging the newly painted white walls with such force I had to spackle, sand and repaint, even making a puncture in my ceiling using their staple gun on the top stair, as it is an open staircase. Thankfully I hadn't paid in advance, and refused to pay. After 3 calls Empire finally found a manager, who said the issue would be resolved. I waited 3 weeks with no call, so I trimmed the excess of the stairs, fixed my ceiling and walls and took it as a really cheap carpet deal. I planned on having the steps redone by someone else in the spring. Three weeks later I received and email to confirm my carpet install. I called 3 x to discuss repairing or replacing, as the first call they said they were sending an inspector. Finally, a month to the install date, a new installer was sent from Empire. He said he was told to replace the carpet. Upon inspection he said he could fix the mess. It took him 3 hours, but now my stairs look fantastic!! So my advice is, yes, use Empire, but if you are in Mass or RI, I would absolutely request and accept ONLY David and his son. IF they had come the first time, I'd be giving straight "5"'s on all this.
