Empire did an amazing job at repairing my carpet- from the salesman that was extremely friendly to the workers that were punctual - even customer service reps were quick to contact (for payment)- they all know what they're doing!!

Very poor quality rug. I called for an evaluation and they didn't show up the first three appts and didn't call. The fourth time they showed butThey didn't find an issue with my rugs. They pile up and lumpy and are fed not stain resistant

We had just had a terrible experience with another carpet company. Heather from Empire came in and was able to eliminate all of our concerns. Her installers were timely and professional. The carpets look great!

Don't hire them!! First I paid for carpet removal and the guys told me they weren't taking it that I would have to dispose of it. When they cut the carpet they cut straight and didn't go under my radiators so you could see the sub flooring. It took me a month to get them to come back and fix it, only cause I told them I was taking them to court. They didn't show up 2 times when they said they would and also they make you pay in full for the job before they start. So if they screw up good luck getting them back, they've got their money already!!

You know the saying..."if you don't have something nice to say...don't say anything at all" There were a few positive experiences with this company and that was with the customer service rep, Pat. She kept in contact and made sure that new installers came out to repair the damage and reimbursed me for the area that did not receive the laminate. In addition, it is to bad that the installers that came out to repair the damage done by the original installers weren't sent out first. They arrived on time, did a great job in repairing and replacing everything and they cleaned up after themselves. If the latter was the case I would be giving this company 5 stars.

I am loving my new carpeting. I thought the price was fair. The only issue was scheduling miscues. Otherwise I am very happy with the work.

Did a great job installing new carpet on two floors of our home. Quality of work was great and done in timely matter. Only issue was they ran short on carpet due to wrong measurements but the issue was resolved quickly and the job done.

We love our new carpet! There were incorrect measurement problems that caused several delays in installation. We moved furniture more times that expected. Empire compensated us for the inconvience.

The floor looks fine but the boundary between the kitchen tile and the wood flooring is too high and is a tripping hazard.

The installers were professional and showed up on time. I was surprised at how quickly the installation went. They came in moved all my furniture, ripped out the old carpet and installed the new carpet in just over an hour . My biggest issue was that they didn’t include the closest when they did the initial measurement so I had to reschedule which was inconvenient.

Everything was just great. It went really well. They were on time, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves!

The LPV was put in Javari and and his helper did a excellent job even though there was a couple glitches they accommodated the circumstances and worked very hard- the next day I noticed that the grouting was sparse and air bubbles appeared in between the tiles - I called Empire and they got in touch with me within 24hrs to set up an appointment for them to comeback

Prompt installation and quality job for fair price

They came with in the time they said. Very professional job. They left the apartment neat and clean. I will use them again if the need arises. Only problem was paying full amount before work was started.

I totally love this Company, my bedroom floor came out great and the installers were so nice and courteous. They worked hard and they did quality work in a short time they had me walk around the room after they were done to see if I was satisfied and after I told them they did a super job I signed the last of the papers. I would recommend this company to any of my friends. Very professional and easy to deal with. Thank you very much for your service and a job well done.

Great salesman, great deal,quick install date and great installers!

I could write a long drawn out play by play of my experience. but I will just summarize. It took us 3 deliveries and countless calls to customer service to get the order correct. The people at customer service and the sales people don't seem to communicate very well with the installers. Something got messed up on our order. Customer service kept telling us that everything was correct in the system but the installers kept getting a different work order. The Installers were very good and carpet is great. I had hoped that going with a large company like this would make things run smoothly. unfortunately the opposite happened. Once something got off track no one could put it back on.
