They want money up front, before they do the work. They say company policy. Installers tried to lay Linoleum over stick on tile floor instead of removing old floor.

They could have cut corners by adding a seam but they didn't. They waited and got more material. When the first skim coat on the sub floor didn't seem like enough they did it again to make sure. All for my 83 year old mother
