They have certain things covered under the plan and if I have a problem, they will come out whenever I call, for example I live next to a very large open field and I have problems with mice, so if I see mice anywhere I can call them and they will come out the next day.

The people that they send are always very reliable and they know their business. They are the same people working for them for years. They are fair priced. They are very good and I would continue to use them in the future.

They were great for the first visit. I called on Wednesday afternoon and they got me someone on Thursday morning in my preferred time window. They also sent me a female technician which I requested. Their price was more competitive than some of the other companies that I called. They also offered to come every quarter. I did not have to commit to a contract right away. They gave me 30 days to decide if I want to commit to a contract. The initial impression and experience so far has been very good.

They call us to make sure we are aware of our appointment. They do a great job. The overall experience was excellent. They are punctual, responsive, and professional. I will continue to use this provider.

They are good. We had ants, and they put bait down that I think is working. I would refer them to others.

The inspector did not find bed bugs when in fact we found out later we did have them. The first time I called Rose, I spoke to a very nice person who was very helpful. Future phone calls were also professionaly handles. The inspector who came out was professional. However, he did a surface inspection and did not see signs of bed bugs that another inspector found after a much more thorough inspection.

.They are effective and they always call prior to coming out even when it is a scheduled appointment. Plus they are very flexible if you hae to change the appointment. They do a great job. I will continue with them.

I would use them again in the future.

These guys are great. Arrived a little bit early and took care of my yellow jacket in not time at all and left the area with no evidence that there had been a big nest there at all. I was very impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism.

They are very friendly. They do a good job. They are informative in terms of telling where and when to keep the pets etc. They tell us how long to keep us away from that area when they are doing certain kind of work. They follow up if there is any kind of issues. They follow up fairly quickly. Once we had ants and they responded within two days. They worked on the problem and explained. They explained in detail on why and how things happen. The guy we have is really into what he does. I would use them in the future.

Excellent experience. Nice and knowledgeable owner and workers. We will continue to use them until our pest problem is fixed.

They are very easy to talk to and are not in a hurry to leave. They answer all my questions, right from when I make a phone call till when the technician comes out. They really know what they are doing, and it seems to work. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

It is a summer long barrier program and we have used them every summer for the past five or six summers. They are reliable. We get a coupon every year for being repeat customers which is obviously helpful. We have never looked into any other company. It worked the first time that we used them and we did not have any problems with bees as there are a lot of wasp issues in our area for some reason. We have not had any reason to not use them. They had to cancel our initial visit this year and they were coming to further respond to get us to reschedule. They actually gave us a further discount. They were willing to work with us and made sure that we continued to stay their customer. There isn't that much interaction with the technicians. We have to just make sure that the kids and pets are out of their way. We have to also make sure that the windows are closed. They are polite and nice. They are fine but nothing amazing. We cannot think of a time when they have been horribly late. They will be coming this afternoon.

They do a good job and are totally professional. They are very honest and have a high integrity.

They are very good. I have been using them for a long time. They are on the more expensive side but provide a good local feel.

The service was OK but we had a real issue with a couple of no-call no-shows. After two of these we canceled our contract in favor of a more reliable vendor. I think we had them for a total of 6 months all-told. We then spent more than 8 months dealing with their invoice people who were sending us bills for "extra call-outs" and "additional charges" that we didn't recognize, and they were unable to explain what they were for. They even tried to send us to collections over a bill for 'additional service' that none of us certainly ordered or signed for!

They are pretty good. They have a woman working for them that scares all pests. When she walks in the house they go running. The woman's name was Serena. I was surprised that they sent a woman and I was surprised because she is small. I was looking for Rocko to come out and it was little Serena. She was absolutely so good. She was able to find the points of entry and she sat traps all over. She got up into the ceiling and she explained to me how they run along the pipes. She came back a week later and emptied the traps and reset them. She checked with me that it was better and she came another time and gave me exact suggestions on how to keep them out. She found a place on the roof where there was an opening and she found the places on the stairs outside. The mice are gone. She also noticed some wasps coming out of my front porch and she took care of them. They will come back as many times as needed for 30 days with no additional charge. I would absolutely use them in the future.

I have them do work for me once in every 3 months. There is one person who always does work for me. He is thorough in his job. Any problem he comes across, he finds a solution quickly. I like their services and will continue to use them in future.

They take care of the ants and ended some rodent stations. They solved the problem and we are very happy with them.

I've used Rose Pest Solutions on three separate occasions since my last report and have had a good experience each time. The technicians came out on time and took care of the problem. One of them, Syl Harris (sp?) pointed out some areas in the apartment that needed to be sealed to prevent the mice from coming in. He also came back a second time to one of my apartments that had a more serious infestation and retreated the apartment at no charge. Their service has been very good.

My issue with this company is the problems related to the receptionist not following through and the lack of punctuality by their exterminators. First off they tell you they will arrive anywhere within a 2 hour period. My experience is they arrive early, they arrive late and they don't even provide the courtesy of a phone call. This is very inconsiderate when you need to coordinate the schedule of multiple unit owners in the building. I will acknowlegde that price was fair and they did resolve the bug problem. However the scheduling was a nightmare and the lack of professionalism regarding punctuality forced me to find a different vendor after years of doing business with the company.

Had an appt on Wed5/19. Showed up tenant was in the shower, so she did not hear the doorbelll. Didn't wait- had to reschedule. I rescheduled for Saturday morning- appointment window was between 8 and 10. I waited for 2 hours - no call - no service.

I have been using them since around 2006. I had been having quarterly service up until recently. They gave me another person after the man that used to service my house stopped working there. I kept updating my phone number with them, and they never were able to get a hold of me. They are telling me that I have to pay $125 to start up with my membership because they couldn't update my phone number. They said that I had a break of service, so I was going to have to pay another start up cost. Payment was $80 per quarter. I have decided to not use them anymore. The guys that come out to do the work are very professional, the problem lies within the office--they can't get anything straight.

A friend recommended them. They didn't charge me anything because it wasn’t rats. They left some rattraps in case I needed them. They really didn't have to do any work, but I thought their approach was right. I would probably use them in the future.
