All seems to have gone well, but it seems that I should have opted for the exterior and interior options for a thorough treament.

Not only was he on tie, but when hw arrived I was not home and he called me to let me know he was there. I just ran around the corner to pay a bill and did not dreaa he would be there so quickly. I really appreciated him checking and not just leaving.

I've had a mostly positive experience dealing with Rose's office staff and our exterminator. There have been some issues with pricing. The exterminator quoted me a lower price that the office refused to honor. Nevertheless, I've been pleased at their effort and the effectiveness of their pest control treatments. We ended up not having a mouse problem and their insecticides have worked so far. I hope to write a positive update as the insect season progresses.

The staffs are fine. They are professional. It usually takes them about twenty-minutes to do the job. It is not long at all. Their prices were competitive with everybody else. We have an ongoing contract with them.

Very well very dependable called and came out right away. I have used them before with the same satisfaction. They are great.

We had a yellow jacket nest in our back step. I had tried a spray that I found at the store, but it was ineffective. I called Rose and they were able to come out the next day. I wasn't home when they did the service, but when I got back there were several dead insects on the ground around the area and I haven't seen anymore since then. They were quick and effective.

I had a mice problem that needed to be addressed right away. And they scheduled and did not show, called same day and could not make it. I just went with someone else. I had used them for over 20 years before this. I will not use them again.

My spouse flipped when he found it would cost $375.00. We didn't have any service performed.

This is the ONLY pest control company I could find that doesn't try to sign you up for a monthly contract of spraying harsh chemicals around you. Why bother with that extra expense and toxic matter when you just need a job done? (we couldn't reach the hornets nest) They were friendly, prompt and efficient. Frankly, I see no point in using anybody else for this kind of problem. We will continue to use them and I have already recommended them to friends. I have no financial interest with this company and I think they're terrific.

They contact me back right away and were helpful and professional. Bill met me at the house and we reviewed the site and he gave some suggestions of what I can do. He wasn't pushy and didn't charge for the consultation. I will definitely use them again if I need a service performed.

They didn't make any money, but they demonstrated their integrity. I will definitely use them again.

A very nice salesman came to the house and sold me, but no back up. The technician who later came out was surly and contradicted the salesman's diagnosis. The office was unhelpful and it was difficult to get an appointment.The problem was definitely not solved. We have more of a mice infestation than before. I would steer people away from them. Very poor and unfriendly service.

Bill Hastings, from Rose Pest Solutions, spent a lot of time with me answering questions and providing guidance even though he knew that we were planning to use one of his competitors. Bill patiently provided information when he could have cut short the conversation. Instead, he took time to answer my questions, which were many and detailed, giving solid advice on possible options to pursue. Although we have no current need for his services at this time, his professionalism and empathy were outstanding! He also spoke highly of his competitor, another indication of his integrity. While I know Angie's List does not give the same credibility to reviews where no service was performed, Bill did provide a real and needed service and did not charge anything! He gave me important guidance. Impressive!

Unlike the usual suspects in the exterminator department, Rose Pest Control sends the same tech every time, probably because their turn-over is small to none. You get to know your tech and he has a process for treating the indoor and outdoor area. You don't have to follow him around and direct him. They come out 4X a year, and also if I see something crawling in the house that should not be here - they will come as soon as possible to resolve The Rose Pest Control techs have never creeped me out.

We had an infestation of their weird crickets, called cave crickets, in our basement. So at a neighbor's suggestion, we called Rose. They came on time, price was reasonable, the exterminator was nice and explained everything. He took care of the problem in a way that didn't include tons of chemicals in the house (we have small children) and we haven't seen a big since. He also gave us tips for taking care of this in the future ourselves. As new homeowners, we had been warned that often pest companies will try to get you to buy a long-term contact with them or upsell you, but they didn't do that at all. If we ever need this type of service again (and I hope we don't!), I would call Rose's.

We called for service because we've been experiencing silverfish in our home since the fall. Pete came out and did a thorough job explaining the habits of the silverfish and locating troublesome areas. He treated all areas of the home and placed traps. Gave very good advice and information. We've seen individual silverfish twice since and Rose sent him back out without hesitation for more treatments in the trouble zones--even a few days past the 30 day guarantee. He assures me that when the silverfish come out of dormancy when the temperatures rise that they will be attracted to the bait and the problem will be contained and resolved. This company gets an A+ for customer service and responsiveness.

We had used Rose Pest Solutions in 2010 and 2011 to resolve a Carpenter Ant problem that we had. They provided excellent service and completely eliminated the problem. We were very satisfied with the service provided. In August of 2012, they provided us another application automatically which we had not requested. Apparently this was due to some mix up in the file information or processed related to that. As a result we were invoice for that service, which caught me by surprise. As a follow up I wrote a letter to the billing office, indicating that I was satisfied with the service but disappointed because I had not requested it. I felt that I should only pay 50% of the invoice since I had not requested it and sent them a check for that amount. Within a few days, I received a nice letter from the office manager apologizing for the mix up and returhning the check that I had sent them. I was extremely impressed with the way that they handled the situation ... took responsibility for the mix up ... and did not expect to receive any payment. As a result of this excellent customer service, I will continue to use Rose exclusively for Pest Solutions and will highly recommend them to all of our friends and neighbors.

We were told by a cable installation guy that we had some thing looked like rat deposits in our attic. After compared several companies from Angies List, we called Rose and set up a appointment quickly. The tech came on time and examined our attic. He said the deposits looked like old so they might be there for long time, but he put a few rat traps around in the attic. After a week so, the tech came again to examine if there were any rats caught by the trap. Fortunately he did not see any thing. That was a good news for us. He still left the traps there in attic in case they are needed in future.

Though I gave an A grade for overall experience, after the first treatment did nothing to help our ant problem, we called for a second treatment which they did at no additional charge, and scheduled it quickly. We still suspect that the final solution had more to do with the traps that we set around the house than the spraying treatments, but it could have been a combination of the two. This wouldn't be the fault of Rose anyhow, just the nature of the beast. Ants are very hard to get rid of if you can't find the nest, which we think is under our house somewhere.

Their service was good. They have been responsive. They seem to be a good company.

Their service has turned out pretty good. They are pretty affordable compared to a lot of other pest solutions.

Their service did not affect the problem. It did not have an impact. They were very responsive and they came out twice. I am not sure if there was anything anyone could have done. I was able to fix the problem myself. I’m just not sure that they are suited to deal with an ant problem.
