Great! On-time, answered questions, fixed the problem fast

I contacted Rose Pest Control as a result of their $99 pest control deal offer on Angie's List. The service man was very friendly and prompt and did a thorough job even telling me he did a few extra things, like knock down a small wasp nest because he knows how difficult it is for "senior citizens" to reach the top of the porch. There was no mention nor any agreement of any additional charge and after taking my coupon, he gave his friendly goodbyes. A few weeks later, I received a bill from the company for an additional $76. When I called, I received a profuse apology and was told to discard the bill. I was, of course, pleased that the bill would be taken care of and that a clerical error had been made. The next month I received another bill for $76 and when I called, I received another apology and again was told to ignore the bill. When the bill came the 3rd time, I was told that the matter would be passed along to management and another profuse apology was offered. Today I received an email stating that the additional $76 was indeed accurate and due. I will not be paying that bill and Will not recommend a company that tries to take advantage of the elderly in this way. In fact, I would discourage everyone from using this pest control service given their deceptive practices. One has to wonder how many other customers have been unknowingly scammed into paying additional sums.

The company stood by their promise to fully exterminate the bedbugs in an apartment building. They performed a combination heat treatment and conventional extermination. They were persistent in completely eliminating the bedbug infestation. All the employees were very knowledgable and took the time to answer all my questions. I will definitely use them again to exterminate pest problems as well as inspect all my future real estate acquisitions.

I purchased a Big Deal for pest treatment and this was my first time using them. They did a great job and I will use them again.

Since that unsatisfactory experience of about a year ago, I've learned that the employee is no longer with them, so I took up their offer of another chance with no fee. I must say an employee did come up and work to eliminate or at least subdue the wasps that were swarming around the front of our home. In fact, the worker came out on several occasions to make sure the problem was taken care of. I consider the matter closed and would be happy to use them on another occasion. The problem was limited to the one incompetent worker.

They were okay but I expected a little bit more. There was no additional cost.

Very well! David, from Rose Pest Solutions came to remove a huge bald face hornets nest that was right outside my children's bedroom window. He showed up on time and was friendly, professional and knew exactly what he was doing. It took 5 minutes max for him to eliminate the nest. I highly recommend Rose Pest Solutions, A+

Prompt, quick, professional and effective.

Work went well. Technician was courteous and explained the process. He worked quickly to spray down areas, they provided an electronic sheet that was useful. On day 29 of the 30 day guarantee I saw a couple bugs in the basement, they promptly came back out for a courtesy follow up visit. Very impressed with their responsiveness.

VERY good. There was one glitch on billing regarding the rodent removal, but it was resolved quickly enough. When the wasp nest was discovered, they were quick, efficient and wonderful to work with. Great service!!!

Rose Pest Control was fantastic. We called up because had a few bites and concerned they could be bed bugs since a little early for mosquitos. They came the following day. They were on time, professional and friendly. Fortunately the inspection came up clear. We were shocked when they didn't charge us. We were happy for the service and would have gladly paid, but said inspection was no charge. We will definitely use again if we have any pest issues!

Rose has different specialists for different kinds of pests, which we found reassuring. There is a lot to know about any particular kind of problem, and each specialist has an in depth understanding of what they are dealing with. We had Chris out and he spent a great deal of time inspecting both our condo and our house and educating us about how to think about bed bugs. He did not charge us for the inspection, although he had complicated findings. He taught us how to look for them, what their habits are, and ways to take preventive measures. He was patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. We felt very grateful for his patience and his knowledge. We will continue to ask Rose to help us with any pest concerns.

We had an outstanding experience with Rose Pest Solutions and Eric in particular. We had called because we thought we may have had a squirrel in our attic. The company was fast to respond and get me in touch with their wildlife division. Eric ended up coming to our house that day. Turns out that it was mice, not a squirrel. Eric was incredibly professional, knowledgable and pleasant. He was thorough doing a full walk through of our house with me, looked in all our attic spaces, in our basement, around the sink and other kitchen appliances. He returned to do all the work himself promptly, stayed in touch with me throughout and came back about 10 days later to check on the status. I couldn't have been more pleased by the serivce and the professionalism... absolutely top notch.

For us, Rose surely earns utmost kudos, or, as I told Ryan when he was done at our place 2 days ago, ?you folks are studs!?. We?d give A++ if we could. Our situation was unusually sticky, as other players, such as the Village, were breathing down our necks for months, to defeat a slew of bed bugs. Rose agents must have inspected or treated our place ½ dozen times, once with the thermal equipment. Thru it all, Ann Marie, Chris, and esp. Ryan, were there when we needed them, in the ways that we needed them, incl. when the Village-connected brass threw a dog-inspection ultimatum at us; Ryan adjusted his schedule to be present for that inspection, so we encountered no unpleasant surprises from the dog, to our huge relief. Go with Rose!

Rose Pest Solutions was amazing. They came out once to remove the wasp nest from our attic. A few weeks later we were still getting wasps in the house, so they came BACK out (for free!) and helped solve the problem. It was quite the project, but they made sure it was taken care of. We were very pleased with their service.

It seemed that the problem was solved, but when a few wasps returned severs weeks later, he returned and did whatever was needed at no additional charge.

We had a particularly nasty colony of yellow jackets that had built a nest in the wall of our front hallway and penetrated into our living room/ dining room. Dale, the technician from Rose Pest Solutions, was exceptional, returning to our house several times until the problem was resolved. He was courteous and professional explaining what he was doing and why. We really appreciated the service he performed for us. Based on this experience, we would recommend Rose Pest Solutions to others.

Everything went as expected. But paying two sources angles list and Rose Pest Control for additional size of the house seemed awkward. I would rather just pay Angie's List or just pay Rose Pest Control.

Fine, have not had a problem all summer.

We're in a new home, for us, and have had ants. Rose has been back, gladly, 3x to reapply. They're very easy to work with.

Timely appointment. We haven't seen any ants since they came and treated the house.
