Description of Work: A lot of chemicals were pumped into a wasp nest that had been formed under an leave on our porch. The wasps were not all dead after a week so another treatment was applied. That did the trick. We wish they would have removed the nest after the insects were dead.

Hi [Member name removed]! Thank you very much for your business. I'm happy we were able to finally resolve that wasp issue. Sometimes, especially if it's a bald faced hornet's nest, our guys have to treat, wait, then come back and hit it again if necessary. They're such a hardy insect and very aggressive, so our guys know to take extra precautions with those in particular. I agree with you though we should have come back one final time to physically remove the nest. Since it's been treated, they shouldn't be able to use it as their hive again, so it's okay to be removed. I encourage you to contact our office (at your convenience of course since it's almost holiday season) and tell the girls to send your tech back out to get that thing down. I won't be happy until you're 100% happy with no more nest! We look forward to your call. Until then, have a wonderful holiday season and we'll be here for you! Description of Work: Don't remember details; seemed expensive when I had to pay more than the Angie's list "deal"when the workman heard problems, applied a stronger chemical and of course explained it would cost more money. I was sceptical; however, I spent the BEST ever summer without insects! The professional, on-site workman knew the proper long term treatment and was thorough and quick with application. Impressive work!
