From the moment I talked with Tracy, she assured me that help was on the way, and scheduled me for the next business day. The pest control specialist, Guy, came to the house and spent nearly 2 hours educating me, and making my house ant & mouse free. I WAS CONVINCED I HAD TERMITES, SO ROSE COULD HAVE SOLD ME ANYTHING. INSTEAD, HE EXPLAINED THAT I PROBABLY DID NOT, AND RECOMMENDED THAT I KEEP WATCH AND WAIT AND SEE. HE QUOTED ME A PRICE SHOULD I DECIDE TO HAVE BAIT TRAPS SET, AND IT WAS REASONABLE. IF I DO DISCOVER TERMITES, I WILL HIRE ROSE.

VERY HONEST COMPANY. THEY COULD HAVE COME OUT AND SPRAYED, CHARGING US. BUT THEY SAID WE DIDN'T NEED THEIR SERVICE. THEY DIDN'T PUSH US INTO GETTING AN EXTERMINATION CONTRACT OR ANYTHING. GREAT COMPANY TO USE.
Description of Work: WE HAD SOME FLYING BUGS THAT SHOWED UP ONE DAY AND WOULDN'T LEAVE. THEY CAME AND LOOKED AT THE BUG SAMPLES, AND DETERMINED THEY WERE CAUSED BY MOISTURE AND SAID WE DID NOT NEED TO HAVE AN EXTERMINATOR OUT. THEY DID NOT CHARGE US FOR THIS INFORMATION.
